Customer Success Manager

Summary of the job

Within a fast-growing small team, the Customer Success Manager is the person who’s in charge of making sure our customers are happy 24/7. We have a 0% churn rate and are looking to keep it that way!

A typical day includes the following tasks:
    Reach out to to dozens of customers each day, to make sure they’re happy with our solution
    Understand your interlocutor’s needs, and adequately answer to any questions they may have

The job’s main goal: Make the customer happy no matter what!

The ideal candidate…

…has the following skills and abilities:

    Proven soft skills
    Knowledge of the accommodation, tourism and/or event industry
    Experience using CRM (ex : Hubspot)
    Familiar with virtual communication tools (Gmail, Slack, Doc Send)

Partnership Creator

Summary of the job

Within a fast-growing small team, the Partnership Creator is the person who contacts the event organizers to present the platform and the various advantages of using it.


A typical day includes the following tasks:
    From a database of qualified potential clients, pick up the phone (or let the gifted writer in you shine!) to directly contact event organizers in Quebec and around the world
    Present and describe the solution, analyse and understand your interlocutor’s needs, and adequately answer to his/her objections, if applicable
    Write down all the required information in the database to keep it up to date
The ideal candidate…

…has the following skills and abilities:

    Proven sales skills
    Experience with cold calls
    Knowledge of the accommodation, tourism and/or event industry
    Familiar with virtual communication tools (Gmail, Slack, Doc Send)
    Business acumen
    Perfect proficiency in French and English, written and spoken
