FAQs

We've put together this comprehensive FAQ page to provide you with answers to the most commonly asked questions.

General FAQ

What is Stay22?
Stay22 is an intent monetization platform that helps travel creators and intent-rich platforms earn from the trips their audience is already planning. When someone reads a destination guide, checks a forecast, searches a train, or buys a ticket, Stay22 connects that moment to a relevant place to stay from major travel suppliers, and you earn on the bookings that follow.
How does Stay22 work?
You set Stay22 up once on your site or platform. From there, each Stay22 product recognizes a different kind of travel intent, like a destination mentioned in an article, a visitor returning to the same guide, or a route typed into a search bar, and connects it to relevant accommodation. Every booking is tracked back to you, and you can follow clicks, bookings, and revenue in the Stay22 Hub.
Is Stay22 free to use?
Yes. Stay22 has no upfront fees, no subscription, and no approval is required to sign up. It runs on a commission model, which means Stay22 only earns when a booking made through your traffic goes through. We get paid when you get paid.
Who is Stay22 for?

Stay22 is for anyone looking to turn their content into revenue. For example, ambitious creators, like travel bloggers, and intent-rich platforms, like publishers, weather sites, events and ticketing businesses, and transportation platforms. If your audience reads about destinations, plans around the weather, buys tickets, or books a journey, there is travel intent worth monetizing.

Can small blogs and websites use Stay22?
Yes. Stay22 is free to join no matter the size of your site, and the same products that work for large publishers work for independent blogs. Smaller sites often see the biggest difference from older, evergreen posts that were never linked.
Which travel suppliers does Stay22 work with?
Stay22 connects your traffic to major travel suppliers, including Booking.com, Expedia, and Hotels.com. The exact suppliers available depend on the product, the destination, and the market, and Stay22 routes each click to a relevant, available option so you don’t have to manage separate supplier relationships.
Does Stay22 replace my existing affiliate programs?
No. Stay22 is designed to work alongside the affiliate programs, ad stack, and direct partnerships you already have. It helps capture the booking opportunities your current setup may be missing, rather than asking you to replace what already works.
How do I get paid by Stay22?
Stay22 pays out monthly. A booking becomes eligible for payout once the guest has completed their stay, and you can request a payout once you reach the minimum amount. You can track every booking and payout in your Stay22 Hub.
How do I update my payment information?
You can update your payment details from your Stay22 Hub. For step-by-step instructions, see our guide on how to update your payment info.
What happens if I stop using Stay22?
Remove the Stay22 script from your site and your links go back to how they were before. No red tape, no rebuild. (Spoiler: almost nobody does.)
Why is it called Stay22?
Co-founder Hamed was 22 when the company needed a domain. Stay.com was the obvious choice, and it cost $5,000. They did the math, and Stay22.com it was. That scrappy, trust-your-instinct decision became part of how the team still works today.
Who founded Stay22, and where is it based?
Stay22 was founded by Hamed and Andrew and is based in Montreal, Canada. It started when Hamed, traveling to Counter-Strike tournaments, kept asking the same question: where do you stay near the venue? He built a map to answer it, Andrew saw he could sell it, and Stay22 began.

Travel bloggers

How can I monetize my travel blog with Stay22?
Sign up for free, add the Stay22 script to your blog, and Stay22 starts earning from the trips your readers are already planning. Nova catches booking intent as readers browse, Spark adds booking links to places you’ve mentioned but never linked, and Lift gets more out of the affiliate links already in your posts. You keep writing, and payouts show up in your account.
How long does it take to set up Stay22 on a travel blog?
About 10 minutes. Create your free account, copy the script, and paste it into your site. Our team then reviews your blog and configures the suite around your content and audience, so there’s nothing else for you to tune.
Does Stay22 work with WordPress?
Yes. Stay22 works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and custom-built sites. If you can paste a snippet into your site’s header, you can set up Stay22.
Will Stay22 change how my blog looks?
No. Nova doesn’t add banners or new placements to your page, Spark adds links only where the context makes sense and follows your site’s existing styling, and Lift works on the links you’ve already placed. Your design and your words stay yours.
Does Stay22 keep working without me managing every link?
Yes. Once it’s set up, Stay22 runs on its own. It handles booking paths, supplier routing, and link upkeep, so you don’t have to check every link across years of posts. You can see what’s earning in the Hub whenever you want to look.
Will Stay22 earn on my older blog posts?

Yes. Evergreen and archived posts are one of the biggest opportunities for travel bloggers. Spark finds places your older content mentions a destination or stay without a booking link, so that 2019 Lisbon guide can keep earning today.

What if my readers are all over the world?

Stay22 routes each reader to a relevant booking option based on their location, language, currency, destination, and supplier availability. A reader in Tokyo and a reader in Toronto can land on different, relevant paths from the same link.

Can I use Stay22 with other affiliate programs?

Yes. Stay22 is designed to work alongside the affiliate programs you already use. It helps you earn from opportunities your current setup is missing, rather than replacing anything.

Can I earn from my newsletter, Instagram, or YouTube too?

Yes, with Allez. Create a trackable Stay22 link in the Hub and share it in newsletters, social posts, bios, and video descriptions. Every click is routed to a relevant stay and tracked back to you.

When do travel bloggers get paid?

Payouts are processed monthly, and you can follow every booking and payout in your Stay22 Hub. There are no upfront fees: Stay22 only earns when you do.

Publishers

How does Stay22 help publishers monetize travel content?

Stay22 helps publishers generate incremental revenue from the travel intent already moving through their editorial content, without adding ad inventory or changing page layouts. Nova recognizes when readers are moving from reading to planning, and Spark adds contextual booking links to relevant travel mentions across new and archived articles.

How much development work does Stay22 require?

Very little. Stay22’s core products run from a lightweight script you can add directly to your site or through Google Tag Manager. If your team can install an analytics tag, it can install Stay22.

Will Stay22 conflict with our existing affiliate or advertising stack?

No. Stay22 is built to work alongside your current affiliate programs, direct deals, and ad stack. It captures booking opportunities those tools may be missing, rather than competing with them for the same inventory.

Will Stay22 affect our editorial content or reader experience?

No. Stay22 doesn’t require banners, content rewrites, or changes to your page design. Your editorial standards and your reader experience stay under your control.

Can we exclude certain pages from Stay22 monetization?

Yes. You can exclude the Stay22 script from specific pages or sections of your website, giving you control over where monetization is enabled.

Are Stay22 links labeled as sponsored?

Links automatically added to your content by Spark, our smart link optimization tool, are labeled as sponsored and match your site’s existing styling. This doesn’t apply to all Stay22 links.

Will Stay22 affect site speed or SEO?

Nova and Spark are designed to run after the page loads and follow implementation best practices. They don’t alter your page structure or require changes to your published content.

What reporting do publishers get?

You’ll see where readers are going, what they’re booking, which content is generating revenue, and where more opportunity exists, all in the Stay22 Hub. Your Partner Success team also helps interpret the data and recommend what to do next.

What does Stay22 cost publishers?

Nothing upfront. Stay22 runs on a commission model, so we only earn when your traffic generates a booking. There’s no license fee and no minimum commitment.

Weather

How can a weather website make money from travel intent?

People check the weather before deciding where to go, when to leave, and what to pack. Stay22’s Nova recognizes when forecast behavior signals a trip, like repeated checks on another city, and connects that user with relevant places to stay. Your weather site earns incremental revenue without adding ad inventory.

Does Stay22 only work if we publish travel content?

No. Weather sites already capture strong travel signals through forecast behavior. A user checking conditions in another city, comparing destinations, or returning to the same location may be planning a trip long before they read any travel content.

How does Nova know when forecast traffic signals travel intent?

Nova looks at signals such as the destination being viewed, the user’s location, page context, engagement, and supplier availability. It uses those signals to identify relevant moments, then connects the user with a relevant accommodation option.

What if most of our weather traffic is local?

Nova can be configured to suppress local users, so everyday forecast checks don’t trigger irrelevant accommodation offers. The exact rules are tailored to your property and audience.

Will Nova disrupt the forecast experience?

No. Nova doesn’t require banners, widgets, or changes to your page layout. Controls can be set around frequency, local traffic, sensitive content, and other relevance rules.

Can Nova run on severe weather or sensitive news coverage?

Sensitive pages can be excluded, so Nova never activates where an accommodation offer would be inappropriate. Your team decides where monetization appears.

How much development work does Stay22 require for a weather site?

Nova runs from a lightweight script that can be added across desktop and mobile web. It supports asynchronous loading and doesn’t require changes to your core forecast experience.

Will Stay22 conflict with our existing advertising or affiliate stack?

No. Stay22 is designed to work alongside your current setup, capturing travel opportunities your existing ad and affiliate products may be missing.

What reporting do weather partners get?
The Stay22 Hub shows revenue, bookings, destinations, audience origin, and performance. Your Partner Success team also helps interpret the data and decide what to optimize next.
What does Stay22 cost weather publishers?

There are no upfront fees. Stay22 runs on a commission model, so we only earn when your forecast traffic generates a booking.

Events and ticketing

How can ticketing platforms earn from accommodation?

Once someone buys a ticket, they still need somewhere to stay. Stay22 helps events and ticketing businesses earn from that next step with Map, an interactive map of nearby stays around the venue, and Allez, a trackable accommodation link for confirmation emails, buttons, banners, and apps.

Will Stay22 interfere with ticket sales?

No. Stay22 is designed to complement the ticket journey, not compete with it. Accommodation can be introduced after purchase, on confirmation pages, or in other placements where the ticket conversion has already happened.

Where should a ticketing platform start with Stay22?

For most ticketing businesses, the confirmation page is the strongest first step. It appears after the transaction, is easy to test, and reaches attendees while their plans are still top of mind. Event discovery platforms can also add Map to event and venue pages earlier in the journey.

How do I show hotels near an event venue on my site?

Embed Stay22 Map on your event or venue page. Map centers on the venue and shows live, bookable accommodation around it, so attendees can compare location, distance, price, and availability without searching somewhere else.

Does Stay22 only work for ticketing platforms?

No. Stay22 is also a strong fit for event marketplaces, venue sites, festival platforms, event organizers, and content-led discovery businesses. Anywhere people decide what to attend and plan around a location, there’s accommodation intent.

How much development work does Stay22 require for event platforms?

Very little. Map is added with a lightweight embed, and Allez links can go into emails, buttons, banners, and apps you already control. Our team helps you pick the lowest-lift setup for your existing journey.

What if we’re concerned about user experience or conversion metrics?
Start with one clearly defined placement and agreed success criteria. Post-purchase placements are a good place to test, because the ticket sale is already complete, and you can measure performance before expanding.
What reporting do event and ticketing partners get?

You can track revenue, bookings, destinations, placement performance, and transaction-level results in the Stay22 Hub. Your Partner Success team helps you see which events, placements, and destinations perform best.

Will Stay22 conflict with our existing affiliate or advertising stack?

No. Stay22 is designed to be additive, capturing accommodation opportunities your current stack may be missing.

What does Stay22 cost for events and ticketing businesses?

There are no upfront fees. Stay22 runs on a commission model, so we only earn when an attendee books a stay.

Transportation

How can transportation platforms earn ancillary revenue from accommodation?
A booked train, bus, or flight tells you where a traveler is going and when. Stay22 helps transportation platforms monetize that confirmed trip intent by adding relevant accommodation to the journey: Loop alongside the transport search, and Allez in confirmation emails, CRM, apps, and other owned channels.
Will Stay22 disrupt the transportation booking flow?

No. Loop is designed to work alongside your existing journey. Travelers complete their search and booking as usual, and accommodation appears as a relevant next step rather than a competing conversion.

How much technical work does a Stay22 integration require?

Loop uses a partner-side integration that passes destination, dates, and tracking information into the accommodation experience. Stay22 provides the link structure, documentation, tracking format, and implementation support. Your team connects the relevant search or booking surface.

Can we start without a full integration?

Yes. Allez links can go into confirmation emails, CRM, newsletters, apps, and banners you already control. It’s a lower-lift way to test accommodation monetization before connecting Loop to your core search experience.

How does Stay22 choose which accommodation to show travelers?

Stay22 looks at the destination, dates, location, device type, and supplier availability, then routes each traveler to a relevant, available booking path for that trip.

Will adding accommodation affect our core conversion metrics?

Stay22 is designed to preserve the transportation booking journey. We recommend defining success criteria before launch and monitoring both accommodation performance and core ticket conversion throughout the rollout.

What if we already have affiliate relationships or direct supplier deals?

Stay22 is designed to be additive. It captures accommodation opportunities around your transportation journey and can reduce the need to manage multiple supplier relationships or booking paths yourself.

What reporting and tracking will we receive?

Track revenue, bookings, destinations, routes, campaigns, and placement performance in the Stay22 Hub. Campaign and custom tracking values can also be used for segmentation and analysis.

What does Stay22 cost transportation platforms?

There are no upfront fees. Stay22 runs on a commission model, so we only earn when a traveler books a stay.

Build with the API

What is the Stay22 hotel API?
The Stay22 API lets developers pull live accommodation prices from Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo in one call, with your tracking link already built into every result. Show those results in your app, site, or chatbot, and earn on the bookings that follow.
Which suppliers are included in the API?

Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo, all in one call. The API covers accommodation only for now, not flights, cars, or activities.

How much does the Stay22 API cost?

Nothing to get started. There’s no fee for your API key. You earn on the same revenue share model as other Stay22 products, only on bookings that actually go through.

Do I need to be a large company to get access?

No. Indie developers, small teams, and technical founders can all get a key. You don’t need to prove you’re already big before you start building.

Can I use the API in an AI travel chatbot or trip planner?

Yes. Connect live prices and booking links to your AI assistant so travel questions get bookable answers. The API also works for planning apps, booking tools, and content or points-of-interest platforms.

Is there a demo I can try before signing up?
Yes. Keyless demo mode lets you test real calls before you create an account.
How do I get a Stay22 API key?

Create a free Stay22 account, then grab your key from the Hub. That’s it.

How is the API different from Stay22’s widgets and links?

Widgets and links like Map and Allez are ready to use out of the box, no code required. The API is for teams who want to build their own experience and control exactly how results look and feel.

Can I use the API alongside other Stay22 products?

Yes. The API is additive, and everything reports into the same Hub you already use.

Platform overview

What is included in the Stay22 platform?
The Stay22 platform brings together a suite of products, the Allez Linking System that handles routing and tracking behind them, and the Stay22 Hub where you manage everything. Each product acts on a different kind of intent, and you can run them together or pick only the ones your business needs.
Which Stay22 products are available?

There are six: Nova catches booking intent as visitors browse, Spark adds booking links to unlinked travel mentions, Lift gets more from affiliate links you already have, Map embeds nearby stays around a place, Loop adds accommodation to transportation searches, and Allez gives you a trackable booking link to share anywhere.

Which Stay22 product is right for my business?

It depends on where intent shows up. Travel bloggers and publishers usually start with Nova, Spark, and Lift. Weather sites use Nova. Events and ticketing platforms use Map and Allez. Transportation platforms use Loop and Allez. Our team can recommend a starting point based on your traffic.

Do I have to use every Stay22 product?

No. Turn on the whole platform, or only the products that fit. Nova, Spark, and Lift run together from the same setup, while Map, Loop, and Allez can be added on their own.

What is the Allez Linking System?

The Allez Linking System is the technology behind every Stay22 product. It carries destination, location, language, currency, and campaign details into each click, routes it to a relevant booking path, and tracks the result back to you.

How does Stay22 decide which offer to show?

Stay22 adapts to each visitor’s location, language, currency, and device, and reads the content and context around them. For eligible products, live performance data also helps choose the supplier and landing page for each opportunity.

What is the Stay22 Hub?

The Stay22 Hub is your home base. Activate products, see what’s driving revenue, track earnings and payouts, create trackable links with Allez, build interactive maps with Map, find documentation, and refer other partners, all in one place.

Does Stay22 work for retail and lifestyle content?

Stay22 is expanding beyond travel into retail for eligible lifestyle creators. Access is currently limited while the retail experience and partner support continue to evolve.

Nova

What is Stay22 Nova?

Nova is a Stay22 product that helps you earn from the booking intent already in your traffic. It recognizes when a visitor is moving from browsing to booking, then surfaces a relevant stay for the destination they’re exploring. No links to place, no new ad placements, no changes to your page.

How does Nova know when a visitor is ready to book?

Nova reads signals such as destination cues on the page, page activity, location, and repeat visits. It waits for a qualifying interaction, so it acts on clear interest rather than showing an offer to everyone who lands on the page.

What does a visitor see when Nova activates?
A relevant accommodation search for the destination opens in a separate tab, while the visitor’s original page stays where it is. On some mobile flows, a supported travel app may open instead.
Will Nova add anything permanent to the page?

No. Nova doesn’t add banners, widgets, or new placements. It only activates when visitor behavior shows clear booking intent.

Does Nova show up for every visitor?

No. Nova uses frequency controls, eligibility rules, and page exclusions, so it appears only for relevant visitors at relevant moments.

Can we control where Nova runs?

Yes. Eligible pages, markets, and audiences can be configured during setup with our team.

Will Nova replace our existing affiliate links?
No. Nova adds another earning opportunity alongside the links already in place.
How do I set up Nova?

Sign up for free and add the Stay22 script to your site. It works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and custom sites, and Nova, Spark, and Lift all run from the same setup.

What reporting does Nova include?
Track clicks, bookings, revenue, and product performance in the Stay22 Hub.

Spark

What is Stay22 Spark?

Spark finds places in your existing content where a stay naturally belongs but no booking link exists, then adds a relevant booking link inline. It works across new and older posts, so more of your archive can earn without you editing every page.

How does Spark decide where to add links?

Spark identifies destinations, hotels, neighborhoods, and other accommodation mentions, then scores each one for relevance. It skips low-relevance mentions and places that already have a suitable link, so it doesn’t link every mention on the page.

Will Spark rewrite our content?

No. Spark adds links without changing the surrounding copy, your layout, or your existing links.

What do Spark links look like?

Spark links follow your site’s existing link styling, open in a new tab, and are marked as sponsored to support disclosure.

Does Spark work on older content?

Yes. Older and evergreen content are core use cases. A guide you published years ago can keep creating booking opportunities today.

Will Spark replace links we already have?

No. Spark only adds new links where none exist. Lift is the product that improves links already on your page.

Can we control which pages Spark runs on?

Yes. Eligibility can be set by page, category, content type, or market during setup with our team.

How long does it take for Spark links to appear?

Spark processes each page after it loads. On a page’s first visit, processing can take a moment, and links appear once the page has been analyzed.

Can Spark work alongside other affiliate tools?
Yes. Spark is designed to complement the monetization already in place.

Lift

What is Stay22 Lift?

Lift, formerly LinkSwap, gets more from the accommodation links already on your site. It finds eligible links across your content, checks where they lead, and routes them through Stay22, while your content and link placement stay exactly where they are.

Is Lift the same as LinkSwap?

Yes. Lift is the new name for LinkSwap. It does the same job: helping the affiliate links you’ve already placed work harder.

How is Lift different from Spark?

Lift works on links you already have. Spark adds new links where none exist. Many partners run both from the same setup.

Will my links move or look different?

No. Lift keeps the existing link in the same place with the same surrounding content. Only the path behind the click changes.

What happens when a linked hotel is unavailable or closed?

Lift can send the reader to another relevant, available option, so an outdated link still leads somewhere useful.

Which links does Lift work with?

Lift works with eligible accommodation links from supported providers. Our team confirms which of your links are eligible during setup.

Can Lift work across a large archive of older posts?

Yes. Large libraries of evergreen content are a core use case, since checking hundreds of links by hand doesn’t scale.

Does every click go to the same provider?
No. Stay22 uses the destination, availability, and context to choose a relevant path for each click.
Will Lift affect our current tracking?

Tracking and attribution are mapped during setup, and clicks and bookings from upgraded links appear in your Stay22 Hub.

Map

What is Stay22 Map?

Map is an embeddable, interactive accommodation map. It shows live, bookable stays around a venue, event, landmark, neighborhood, or destination on your page, so visitors can answer “where should I stay?” without leaving to search somewhere else.

How do I add Stay22 Map to my website?

Create a map in the Stay22 Hub, set the location, and copy the embed code into your page or template. Advanced setups can also be configured with an iframe URL.

Can Map center on a specific venue or event?

Yes. Map can center on a venue, event, landmark, neighborhood, destination, or set of coordinates.

What display options does Map have?

Map can appear as an interactive map, a map paired with a scrollable list of properties, or a list view where a full map doesn’t fit. The right mode depends on your placement.

Can visitors compare hotels on the map?
Yes. Visitors can explore location, distance, price, and availability in one view, then click through to book.
Is the accommodation on the map live?

Yes. Map connects to supported accommodation inventory, so visitors see real, available options.

Can Map show results for specific dates or languages?

Yes. Map can use event or trip dates, guest details, and your site’s language to show more relevant results.

Where does Stay22 Map work best?
Common placements include event pages, venue pages, destination guides, and trip-planning content. The more space the map has on the page, the better the experience, especially on mobile.
What reporting does Map include?
Reporting can include impressions, interactions, clicks, bookings, and revenue, all in the Stay22 Hub.

Allez

What is Stay22 Allez?

Allez gives you one trackable accommodation link you can share anywhere your audience already is. Every click is routed to a relevant booking path and tracked back to you, so you can focus on sharing instead of managing what happens next.

How do I create an Allez link?

Open the Generator in your Stay22 Hub, add the supported accommodation link you want to share, and Stay22 creates a short, trackable link and a QR code.

Do I need the Stay22 script to use Allez?

Not for every use case. Allez links can be created and shared without a full site integration.

Where can I use an Allez link?

Emails, newsletters, social posts, bios, video descriptions, buttons, banners, apps, confirmation pages, and web pages. Anywhere you can place a link, Allez can earn.

Does Allez create QR codes?
Yes. Every link created in the Generator comes with a QR code for print, events, packaging, or on-screen placements.
Can I track different campaigns with Allez?

Yes. Campaign and custom tracking values let you separate results by channel, post, or placement.

How is an Allez link different from a regular affiliate link?
A regular affiliate link sends everyone to the same page. An Allez link can adapt to each click, using location, language, currency, and destination details to route people to a relevant booking path.
What is the Allez Linking System?

It’s the routing and tracking technology behind Allez links, and behind every other Stay22 product too.

Loop

What is Stay22 Loop?
Loop, formerly Search Bar, adds relevant accommodation alongside train, bus, and other transportation searches. It uses the destination and dates a traveler already entered, so the stay can be planned right after the ride.
Is Loop the same as Stay22 Search Bar?

Yes. Loop is the new name for Search Bar.

How does Loop work?

When a traveler submits a route or destination search, your platform passes the destination and dates to Stay22. Loop then opens a relevant accommodation option for that trip, while the traveler continues their transport search.

Will Loop interrupt the transportation search?
No. Loop works alongside your existing search and booking journey, and the ticket flow stays on track.
What information does Loop use?

Loop uses approved trip details such as destination, dates, and campaign information. Travelers don’t need to enter anything twice.

What does a Loop integration involve?
Loop is a partner-side integration. Your team passes destination and date values into the Stay22 path, and Stay22 provides the link structure, tracking, documentation, and implementation support.
Which platforms is Loop built for?
Rail, bus, flight, ticketing, and travel search platforms where users search a specific route or destination.
Can we test Loop before a wider rollout?

Yes. A rollout can begin with selected routes, audiences, or placements.

What reporting does Loop include?

Track clicks, bookings, revenue, and placement performance in the Stay22 Hub, with dedicated tracking for search traffic.

Why Stay22

How is Stay22 different from other affiliate platforms?
Most platforms hand you a dashboard and walk away. Stay22 gives you the technology, the reporting, and a team that reads your data with you and recommends what to do next. The software may be comparable. The partnership isn’t.
Why use Stay22 instead of working directly with online travel agencies?

Online travel agencies are massive companies, and most partners are a small line in a very large spreadsheet. With Stay22, you get access to major suppliers through one relationship, plus a team that knows your account by name and responds within 24 hours.

Do I have to choose between Stay22 and my current affiliate stack?

No. Stay22 works alongside what you already have, finding the bookings your current setup is missing, not the ones it’s already catching.

What does “human support” actually mean at Stay22?

A real person who knows your account, a real answer, and a response within 24 hours. No chatbots, no ticket queues, no three-day “we’re looking into it” emails.

What kind of insights does Stay22 share?

Where your audience is going, what they’re booking, which content drives the most revenue, and where there’s more opportunity. Then we tell you what we’d do about it.

Will Stay22 hurt my reader’s experience?

No. Stay22 adds relevant next steps without banners, page takeovers, or clutter. If a reader isn’t looking for something to book, they won’t notice us.

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one. You bring the content and the audience, and we bring the monetization. We only get paid when you get paid, so we’re invested in your results.

Referral program

How does the Stay22 referral program work?
Share your unique referral link with a creator who should be earning from their content. Once they join Stay22 and reach 100 confirmed bookings, you get $500 and they get $100.
How much can I earn from Stay22 referrals?

You earn a $500 bonus for every creator you refer who reaches 100 confirmed bookings. There’s no cap on how many creators you can refer.v

What does the creator I refer get?
A $100 bonus once they reach 100 confirmed bookings, on top of everything they earn with Stay22.
Who can I refer to Stay22?

Creators with a website, such as travel bloggers, YouTubers, newsletter writers, and media brands. If they publish and have an audience, they’re likely a fit.

Do social-only creators qualify for the referral program?
Not right now. The creator you refer needs a website to qualify.
Where can I share my referral link?

Anywhere your audience already is: your blog, YouTube channel, newsletter, or social posts.

How are referrals tracked?

Automatically. Make sure your referral code is at the end of the link you share, and test the link before posting, since that’s how we identify your referral.

When will I receive my referral bonus?

Once your referral reaches 100 confirmed bookings, our team verifies them. After verification, your $500 bonus arrives in your usual payout account within 2 to 4 weeks.

Does the referral program apply to Retail Early Access?

No. The referral program is based on travel bookings only.
