Stay22 hires new marketing manager to bolster prospecting and client services.

Stay22 announces the onboarding of new marketing manager to automate marketing flows and create additional value to existing clients in the event planning and travel media publication sector.


As the travel and accommodation market continues to recover post-covid, business at Stay22 has steadily grown throughout 2022 with both corporate partners as well as blog and lifestyle affiliates. As the demand on the sales team at Stay22 has increased, so has the need to revive the marketing department which had been completely dismantled due to COVID-19 in the spring of 2020. In an effort to create automated lead generation while bolstering the consideration phase of new business, their latest hire and Marketing Manager Ryan Sullivan (who yes, is the author of this article) has a sales-first mentality to marketing that will empower the existing (and successful) sales team.

Ryan Sullivan comes from a primarily B2B background, having been lead marketing owner for the North American territory in 2 previous roles- one, an Autocad integrated mining and geology mine planning software called Promine. The other, Tikit, a UK based tech company serving the legal and accounting industry. More recently, he spent a year and a half in ecommerce as marketing director for 3 brands; Montreal Weights, Ascend, and Maddle.

The travel & accommodation industry is healthily recovering and so has the workload and demand at Stay22. Over $1 trillion in savings and pent up demand between the US and Europe indicate a massive potential in the market. With accommodation revenues closing in on the similar pre-covid 2019 levels of $906 billion, the need for streamlined services for accommodation tech like Stay22 will only continue to rise in 2023.
