I usually stay with family when coming to Terceira but decided to stay the night here mostly for the pool. I love everything about this property. Perfect location, very friendly and welcoming staff, big comfortable rooms with a beautiful view. I was surprised to find some pastries they left in the room, awesome touch and really shows their hospitality. The outdoor pool area was my favorite place to be and just lounging on the chair on my balcony. Also, the food and service from the restaurant is amazing! Nothing bad to say about the property at all. Muito obrigado, mal posso esperar para voltar!

We booked a suite and loved the spaciousness of the room. The AC worked great, the hotel was very clean, and they offered many amenities. The staff was so helpful and responsive, between answering our questions, booking dinner reservations, and sharing recommendations. Breakfast was delicious, and they were great in working with my food allergies. I also loved the lounge/bookstore area, where you could purchase a glass of local wine and chat in the evenings. The spa was lovely, and the hot tub was great after long days of hiking. We booked a couples massage and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for getting into Angra quickly for dinner or for getting out of town for a hike. Free parking on site was also very convenient. When we return to Terceira, we will book this hotel again!

The hotel has charming interior decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The general value of interior is basic but it meets every need. There was a fridge in the room, an entire kitchen for use for all guests including a large balcony with sea view. The breakfast is above average with fruits, sweets and cereal in a buffet-style breakfast. We never felt like anything was missing.
