I enjoyed meeting the very hospitable owner, Oki (wrong spelling, I'm sure). He was quite welcoming when I arrived, giving me a coffee when the room needed a few more minutes to get ready. We had a good conversation about living in Kosovo.
The room was clean and very serviceable with good WiFi and AC. The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood about 10 mins walk from the main pedestrian center area.

Its a laidback place and more than anything it debunks this notion that Kosovo is a country best avoided, that the muslim dominance makes it less enjoyable, that the resentment towards Serbia makes it a potential powederkeg - none of that. It is super friendly and I felt completely safe. The version of Islam practiced (none of my business btw) is not imposed on vistors, does not, for many, come in the way of wathing Barcelona over a pint, or hitting the dancefloor.- for me it was unique, friendly and very tolerant.

One night or maximum two nights will be available for this city. You should take a taxi to go city center from the airport, but the airport's taxi prices are expensive, around 5 or 10 euros. I used " hej taxi " in pristina. It's cheaper than the airport's taxi.

I liked everything about Prishtina!
I liked everything about Prishtina! There are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and boutiques around the city. Public transportation is cheap and there are taxi cabs everywhere in the city. Prices in restaurants and markets are fairly cheap and people are very friendly. I highly recommend visiting Prishtina and I’m sure you will enjoy your stay.

For me, traveling is about exploring new places and learning about the people, their history, the hopes and challenges they experience. Kosovo and Prishtina have faced the worst, but the resilience and optimism of the people are inspirational. It made me appreciate the pleasures of Prishtina and Prizren all the more. There’s much to see, even if it’s not as showy and you have to look a little closer. Just don’t try to go directly from Kosovo to Serbia, you’ll be turned away at the borderfor a long journey back through Kosovo to North Macedonia to Serbia.

Nice open centre, lots to see, plenty of places to eat and drink. Lots of different types of food to eat. Locals are very proud of their history. Lots of statues to their heroes, including Mother Teresa.
Parking took up a lot of the pavement in some parts of the city, especially near my hotel.

As other reviewers mentioned, the breakfast was excellent, and I was satisfied with its variety of food and drinks. Although the hotel faces a busy road, the guest room was kept quiet due to the installed soundproof windows. The location is also nice. Just 10 minute by walk to Mather Teresa Blvd and the National Library of Kosovo. Paid parking is available nearby. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Everything great!
The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They gave us tips on where to go in town. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable and quiet. It was a short walk to all of the landmarks we wanted to see. I can't say enough great things about this hotel and it's team. When we return to Kosovo we will definitely be staying again!
Hotel City Rooms Pristina is well located within the city. People (relatives) running this place were very welcoming and shared a lot of information about Kosovo and Pristina - where to go, where to eat etc. In short...great hosts, great stay!
This was our 2nd time at this hotel and it is a really cool and nice place to stay while you are in the capital of Kosovo. Right in the coty center so position is perfect. Staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are really comfortable.
