The hotel is in a good safe quiet area. The security and staff are amazing. Their customer service was outstanding. Supervisors, Florence and Yvonne made sure our stay was very enjoyable and took very good care of us. They were very knowledgeable about the areas and suggested great things to see and tour. Again, the entire staff was outstanding. We highly recommend you check out this hotel for your next Nairobi Kenya booking!!!

The breakfast was nice, did not particularly enjoy the filtered coffee. I had an early flight and appreciated the packed breakfast that was prepared for me. They gave us complimentary fruits and water in the room, which was nice On arrival, we were offered orange juice while we waited to be checked in. It wasn't fresh, but it was refreshing after a long trip. The laundry service was fast.

No matter where you go you’re gonna have to eat and the rooftop restaurant is fantastic both of you and please eat a lamb chop from the chef who’s on after 2 o’clock or eat shish kebab and rice. Their food is now to die for no kidding.

    🦁 An Unforgettable Nairobi Adventure! Nairobi truly surprised me with its vibrant blend of urban life and untamed wilderness. There’s so much to discover, inspiring Nairobi National Park where I witnessed wildlife up close, to the heart-melting experience of meeting orphaned elephants and feeding giraffes. One of the most enriching parts of the journey was exploring tea farming nestled within endless green landscapes. The city also won me over with its cozy restaurants, delicious food, and, most of all, the incredibly warm and welcoming people. Every moment in Nairobi felt like a new chapter of adventure, connection, and discovery. I can't wait to return! 🌿✨

    I knew Nairobi well back in the 1970's.

    I knew Nairobi well back in the 1970's. Since then it is now run down and in parts rather seedy. It has become totally overcrowded with people, hawkers, touts, buses etc. The pavements are in part broken and are in need of serious renovations.

    So many things to do, great variety of options. Nairobi streets are poorly mantained, it is a dirty city with poor care on water wastage. There is a lot of open burning going on. If you are allergic it brings complications.

    Everything. It was affordable, the bed was clean and comfortable to sleep in, and the bathroom had proper cold shower. I actually stayed on my first 2 nights in Nairobi, before I travelled to other cities across Kenya and Tanzania. And when I came back to Nairobi to spend my remaining 3 days there before leaving Kenya for good, I booked the hotel again because of my overall positive experience there. It's also in the centre of downtown Nairobi so finding transport and food was easy.

    This is by far the best hotel I have been in my 3 weeks in Kenya. The hotel itself is close to luxury, the house has an incredible African atmosphere. It is very close to many nearby attractions, like the Karen museum and the Ngong hills. 100% recommended.
