Welcome to Lanikai Hale's cozy 2 bedroom cottage. Newly decorated and updated, this darling home is just a few houses from famous Lanikai Beach. Enjoy the large backyard and outdoor table and chairs, which has a view of the Lanikai Pill Boxes hike lookout. The cottage comes with its own full sized washer and dryer, beach chairs and boogie boards and a fully supplied kitchen to use in the kitchenette. The cottage has a large smart TV as well as air conditioning in all of the rooms. Two comfortable queen sized beds are in each of the bedrooms with extra bedding and towels. Close to Kailua Town with its great restaurants and shopping, everything you need for a lovely vacation is supplied in this serene cottage. The property has 2 cottages in total, with a dividing wall for privacy.
Our rate reflects a 30 day rental in accordance with City and County of Honolulu Land Use Ordinance section 21-10.1, this property is provided to you, exclusively, for a period of 30 days or greater. By law, the property cannot be rented to or occupied by other tenants during any portion of the 30-day term. Property has been registered as a Transient Accommodation with the State of Hawaii.

Cottage by the sea

Lovely in every way. Though the weather was wet, we stayed cozy in our lovely cottage, surrounded by fruit trees, just footsteps from the gorgeous Pacific.

Great spot

2 minute walk to the beach. Great, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful property. The house is small. But perfect for out group. Would fit two couples perfectly. Check in and out was easy and communication was good. Would rent again.
