Cabins in the pines!
Just the two of us but would be fun for a big group! Location was perfect- close to relative we were visiting in Marble. Party lights at night. Quite a pleasant place! Wish it was warmer out! Especially loved the big kitchen and shower building! Everything is well thought out and well maintained. Queen bed was good. Remember to bring your own sheets! And towels!

Bday Weekend
We stayed for my 40th birthday, and the property exceeded our expectations. It was very well stocked, great for our gathering, quiet, and in a beautiful area. We'll hopefully be staying again in the future.

Excellent Summer Getaway
Spent 8 days fishing and boating . This is by far the best place to stay and enjoy all lake Roosevelt has to offer. Cabins are cozy , property is amazing ! We seen deer , elk and turkey every day we were there. With a short hike to the river where you can catch tons of walleye and trout . This is our second year attending and had the opportunity to add some hot sauce to wall of sauce . Definitely a favorite vacation destination.

I lived in north east Washington for nearly 10 years and currently live in Northern California. I have a passion for family friendly adventure and camping experiences. I spend part of each summer with my wife and 4 sons on Valor Ranch enjoying our property and exploring the area. My favorite creek is Sheep Creek, located just north of the town of Northport. The Columbia River is amazing, north of my property the water can be swift and is not recommended for of my property the river becomes Lake Roosevelt and runs from the tip Valor Ranch 150 miles south to the Coulee Dam. Fishing is Walleye to trout, pike and even sturgeon .

Why they chose this property

Valor Ranch boarders the Columbia River (at the beginning of Lake Roosevelt), is close to the Canadian Rockies, has incredible access to hiking, horseback, hunting, gold-panning, exploring, skiing, 4-wheeling and a lot more. I love the simplicity and serenity of Valor Ranch. It is truly a retreat for my family and many friends who have visited from all over the world. Picking cherries from our orchard, baking fresh bread in our hand made bread oven, smoking a cigar around the campfire, watching the bald eagles, letting my kids explore....I am truly blessed to steward this property and to offer it to like minded families!

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with the property the first time I walked onto it and ate cherry in the orchard. As I looked north into the Canadian Rockies I was struck with the beauty and aware of the many generations who truly pioneered this territory to make it habitable! I love disconnecting from everything and enjoying time with my family around the camp fire.
