This 3rd floor apartment (lift access) is situated on Holyrood Road in a luxury development called 'The Park' and it sits in the heart of the most prestigious tourist destinations in Edinburgh.

Adjacent to the Scottish Parliament and the Royal Palace of Holyrood (The Queens official Scottish residence) nestled between the Royal Mile and the Dynamic Earth, you are perfectly situated for enjoying some of Edinburgh's finest visitor destinations.

It will suit the discerning guest who enjoys a peaceful yet central location, values privacy and requires a private allocated parking space. There is also a 24 hour concierge service and private gardens to sit and relax.
Well-equipped kitchen (including oven, 5 burner gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer), 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite), separate full bathroom, open plan lounge/kitchen/dining, Free Wi-Fi access (unlimited downloads), plasma television, with Freeview and DVD player. All Linen and towels are provided. Central heating throughout.

It has incredible views directly across to the dramatic skyline provided by the Salisbury Crags. It is opposite the very popular 'Dynamic Earth' visitor centre.

If you require a taxi (cab) from Edinburgh Airport to the Apartment, the cost is £35 for up to 4 passengers from the airport pick up zone. If you wish a meet & greet inside the terminal, there is an additional £5 cost.
The return journey from the apartment to the airport is also £35. If both journeys are booked, the total cost is £60 (+£5 for meet & greet). Please book by calling or texting +44 7902 841800 ask for Csaba.

Great Royal Mile location
This flat was a perfect location for Holyrood Park and the Royal Mile. We had an amazing time staying here as the beds were comfortable, the instructions for access were clear and accurate, and it was very clean. The owner was wonderful in communications to ensure we arrived safely. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Edinburgh. We were able to drop our bags early to go explore upon arrival. Close to royal mile and hiking trails. Communication was great - I had to ask about the washer and he walked me through it. Beds were comfortable. En suite shower was small but good hot water. Definitely recommend.
