Located just off the famous Royal Mile, this stylish loft apartment offers both a delightful stay and a wonderful hub to all of our guests during their visit to the area. This is ideal for a small family, group of friends, 1-2 couples or business travelers, and is within walking distance of various city attractions and social on the doorstep of Edinburgh’s most historic area, where world-famous landmarks and modern Scottish architecture combine with The Scottish Parliament and Holyrood Palace.

The space
Offering a stylish open plan living room and kitchen with double-height ceilings and an abundance of natural light, a pristinely clean bathroom, and comfortable bedrooms - our apartment offers an experience that will make your stay as luxurious and enjoyable as possible.

LIVING ROOM
Our newly refurbished and immaculately decorated living room welcomes you to relax on a comfortable sofa, accompanied with a TV, including an Amazon firestick, for your entertainment. The room is designed beautifully, with a modern aesthetic that provides style, comfort and warmth to the room, making it not only a hub for unwinding after a long day, but also a lovely environment in which to reflect and relax.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for all your needs and very functional. There is a toaster, oven, coffee machine and of course the necessary amount of dishes and cutlery.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one double room, and a twin room. Each of the bedrooms are connected to the spacious newly-renovated bathroom which contains all amenities you require.

ALTIDO Scotland wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

1 roll of toilet paper and no napkins or paper towels. Neighborhood was nice and right down street from Holyrood. Location was fine. Booked an arbnb so we could wash clothes. Clothes washer was broken.

Apartment number
The location was great but our keys did not indicate the apartment number and we did not know this until we arrived. A call to the manager number provided a confirmation of the unit number, just a little disconcerting for our arrival. It was sorted out immediately. Thank you.

Great location and spacious
This is a spacious 2 bedroom loft located in an incredibly walkable area. The loft has all the amenities you could need including parking for a small car. We enjoyed staying here once we were settled in the loft. Things to note: Parking is available but it is in a very tiny garage underneath the structure. You will probably need help getting the car in and out but it can be done. There are about 4 flights of steep stairs that you need to navigate to get to the loft. You have to pick up your keys at a kiosk in the train station. If not arriving at the train station this can be quite cumbersome and hard to find exactly where you need to go.
