This property is in excellent location, beautiful apartment! and all new, a suite, a bedroom, social bathroom, dining room, TV room, kitchen, laundry, gourmet balcony with barbecue, fly screen in the windows, a parking space, automatic gate with closing in 20 seconds, electric fence and security camera system.
PETS are allowed as long as they are small and respect the rules of the condominium, it is not allowed to circulate in common areas, only inside the apartment.

The apartment has WI FI, SMART TV, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, washing machine, stove, blender, among other things, all new.

Excelente férias

Tudo ocorreu conforme combinado e com a qualidade demonstrada nas fotos. Local bem mobiliado, vários ventiladores de teto, ar condicionado e com vários utensilios na cozinha. Inclusive com máquina de lavar o que facilitou muito para 5 pessoas. A localização é excelente, rua calma e cheio comércio a poucos quarteirões. Parabéns

o imovel e novo tem o basico para a estadia, so fiquei sem internet por um dia, ( consultei a dona katia, que e moca que entrega a chave do apart, disse que internet nao fucionava, foi la e foi embora , sem dar um ajuda sequer. no dia seguinte liguei para o sr robson dono do imovel , tentou me ajudar mas nao achava nenhum tec, para resolver meu problema. so com a chegada do meu filho que jampiou novamente o conector foi que a internet voltoua funcionar senao ja era uma informacao importante passei a o sr robson , a bacia do banheiro social totalmente solta uma pessoas obesa pode se machucar. no chuverio social nao tem uma saboneteira tem de tomar banjo e soltar o chuveiro, a luz do banheiro tambem nao funcionava. duas televisao dois controle so duas pilha pegava ,mas o mais importante para mim foi a comunicao com o sr robson, pois estava em paraty e minha saida seria as 10 da manha , como tinha um bebe de 8 meses tinha falado com o sr robson se poderia me ajudar pelo menos entras as 13hs ,ele ate tentou me ajudar ,que acho que daria sim. mas mesmo falando com a Sra katia que a moca que entrega a chave , explicando a ela todo meu problema com o bebe, nao me ajudou, mas tudo bem . outra coisa na entrega da chave na entrada , nao foi feitop pela sra katia ,que veio me entregar a chave mas sim um mocinha que deu chave e se foi. e nao saida deixei a chave a portaria , de acordo com a converda com a sra katia relatei a ela todos o problemas do apart e comuniquei que todos os aparelhors estavam funcionando ,
