4 suites with ceiling fan, balcony and hammock.

Full kitchen and large living room.

Large outdoor and covered gourmet area with barbecue, social bathroom and jacuzzi for 8 people.

The house is inserted in the Atlantic Forest providing contact with the local fauna and flora.

450 meters or 5 minutes walk from Boraceia beach, in the quiet and pleasant Costa Norte Condominium.
