About this property

The Greenhouse Cottage at Pearl Beach is a unique group of dwellings one block back from the beautiful Pearl Beach.

The location is private, untouched and quiet. The Cottage is on a large block only a short walk to the beach, cafe and restaurant.

There are 3 dwellings on the block, 1 x 2 bedroom cottage with living, dining, kitchen and bathroom. External to the main cottage are 2 x queen bedrooms - the 3rd dwelling is a second bathroom and laundry.

All dwellings and bedrooms have air conditioning, beautiful linen, queen beds with luxury hotel quality bedding and high end furnishings.

We have a heated tiled pool, deck and outdoor deck chairs.

The house has a cosy fire for the winter months.

The grounds are leafy and spacious with a large 8 seater outdoor dining, bbq and SUP boards to take for a paddle.

This was the ultimate place to celebrate my birthday with the ones i cherish. The stay was excellent and we all had an incredible experience. The property was well kept and the attention to detail meant we felt completly taken care of. There was ample supllies of everyhthing! I'm soo impressed that I managed to make my friends want to book their next getaway here.

Fabulous Pearl Beach

Moved to 11 Diamond Rd due to wet weather. Excellent, everything we needed, space, location and very well appointed and comfortable. Carla very helpful with keeping us informed.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (No words needed)

My Family (sister/brother + partners + my children (and a Beagle + Spaniel) ) stayed here for a long weekend family break. This home is literally everything you could ask for. Spacious comfortable private bedrooms, large luscious landscaped secure yard, beautifully decorated, with well-designed spaces for everyone to enjoy. We spent time laughing together by candlelight at the oversized outdoor table, watching the birdlife and lighting the cozy firepit. We took the kayaks out for a paddle and a few of us braved the sparkling pool (Not me this time though). The kids watched some Netflix while we cooked up a seafood extravaganza in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed an afternoon spritz in the sunshine. We met the resident Bush Turkey and had a backyard visit from a Powerful Owl and an Echidna (in the garden! – SO exciting!!!). Not to mention the organic high-end treats (IKOU + Koala Eco products throughout), Books to devour, organic tea and thoughtful items like the washable dish wipes (and plenty of tea towels). The brilliant Sonos sound system – the chilled playlist is great thank you and of course the really comfy beds (My pregnant sister appreciated that!) There really isn’t a single detail that Carla, the host has not thought of. The location was literally a stone's throw from the beach and café (Takeaway Pizza from the café is delicious!) With a sunrise daily walk along the beach this is one of the most delightful, relaxing and beautiful Stayz we have had.

Great family getaway

Thank you for a lovely stay. Location is fantastic so close to walk to such a beautiful beach. Accomodation suited us perfectly with teens able to stay in the seperate part of the house. The house had everything we needed gorgeous style clean and very comfortable.

Wonderful

We had a lovely 4 day stay. The house is lovely and inviting , the outdoor area is beautiful with such a lovely garden and pool. I minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Carla is an amazing host!!
