The best known building in Guarujá, situated on the seashore. Apartment on the 2nd floor with 60sqm and fully equipped (except bed linen, table and bath). Large leisure area with barbecue, ping-pong table, sauna (dry and wet), shower and restaurant with exclusive service. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and full beach service (chairs, parasol, etc). Bedroom and living room with sea view.
Leases only for up to 3 people (family).

Ap não comporta 4 pessoas confortavelmente .Apesar de saber que os móveis eram antigos ,não achei que estariam tão estragados .A limpeza também não estava legal ,muito superficial .Tudo muito empoeirado debaixo das coisas e utensílios .Apesar do anúncio quando fui alugar constar que tinha estacionamento o mesmo me foi cobrado à parte .A vista é bonita e funcionários prestativos .Nao achei bom o custo benefício .O apartamento merecia ser mais bem cuidado .

Ótimo localização e vista incrível

Apto igual conforme descrito no anúncio e pelo proprietário Fernando. A vista é incrível e com ótima ventilação. O local é amplo e os funcionários do prédios são gentis e educados.

Localização perfeita, vista incrivel e bom suporte dos donos do imovel. Não tive problemas durante minha estadia, tudo muito agradavel. O apartamento é antigo no entanto bem limpo e organizado, tudo conforme o anuncio. Fiquei muito satisfeito.

Localização excelente!

A localização é excelente e os trabalhadores do prédio muito atenciosos. Embora o dono do apartamento tenha sido gentil e claro em nos dizer que o imóvel era antigo e simples, nos surpreendeu o desgaste de móveis e utensílios domésticos e também a limpeza. Um local tão agradável e com vista maravilhosa merece ser mais bem cuidado.
