Paz e tranquilidade junto a natureza

Uma paz sem vizinhos nas laterais só de frente quintal arborizado e a rua cheia de pássaros com vigilância muito bom … pertinho da praia fomos a pé as crianças amaram a praia da Jureia tem até parquinho e gramado na calçada antes da areia e 3 Food truck para comer bom e barato 👍🏻👏🏼

Não é o que parece

A casa está meio abandonada, o mato na frente já esta alto e a casa cheira a mofo, precisei tirar alguns colchões é deixar na area da churrasqueira pois não tinham condições de uso, os que ficaram tive comprar um produto de limpesa e passar na capa que cobre os colchões pois estavam todas manchadas por mofo com aspecto embolorado e mesmo assim não consegui remover tudo, os travesseiros e almofadas tbm com muito cheiro de mofo. Não ficamos muito tempo na casa mas mesmo assim foi desagradável.
