What an amazing luxurious cottage Ardentorrie Holiday Home is. Take our word for it, you will want to stay at this brilliant cottage in the centre of Inverness. It’s the perfect for base to set you up for an awesome holiday in the Highlands. Situated in the lovely Crown area of Inverness, Ardentorrie Holiday Home is centrally located in the city. You can leave the car at the cottage and stroll through the Crown conservation area and into the centre of the city in under five minutes. You’ll likely want to stay in Crown though as it’s got all you’ll need, a couple of great pubs, a brilliant coffee shop come ice cream parlour, another award-winning coffee shop come bike mechanics, as well as other independents.

Just outside the Crown area, only a short walk away is a mature parkland golf course waiting to be played. You could stay put in Inverness for your holiday and not want for more, and this isn’t even mentioning the luxurious level of accommodation and features at the cottage. Pulling up at Ardentorrie Holiday Home you’ll be immediately chuffed due to its curbside appeal. It’s a great looking cottage. Parking up on the driveway you quickly notice the amazing hot tub (on request) in the back garden on the decking. A fantastic feature in the heart of Inverness. Through the back door you enter into the open plan kitchen/dining room. Spacious and well-equipped for those evenings that you’re in rustling up food, it’s a good space in which to gather. At the front of the house is the living room with TV and wood burner. Pass the front door in the hallway to head upstairs where you’ll find a spacious double bedroom with additional single sofa bed, and a twin bedroom. There’s also a shower room on the first floor.

Ardentorrie Holiday Home isn’t just a superb choice for an Inverness city break, it should be considered for longer stays in the Highlands too. You’re perfectly placed to head in any direction from Ardentorrie out into the wilds to see different sides of the Highlands. Having this lovely cottage to return to with its hot tub and wood burner after long days out exploring will be a real treat. To the north the NC500 touring route leads off from Inverness, and the fabulous Black Isle only ten minutes away. East is the Moray Firth coast to explore and the lower reaches of the Whisky Trail. The Cairngorms National Park is only thirty minutes to the south. West Loch Ness is a 10-minute drive, and beyond are roads to more Munros and famous isles.
