There are six bedrooms including a separate bunk room with kitchenette. Master bedroom offers private deck and view of Lake Michigan. Fabulous cook's kitchen with top grade appliances, outdoor fireplace. A vacation here will be a once in a lifetime experience. Relax by the outside fireplace or take a short drive to the What Not for a cocktail - a favorite spot for vacationers and locals alike! Award winning Oval Beach is just a short drive away. This is resort living at its best with total privacy. (Not available for weddings.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

Wonderful Location

Enjoyed a good quiet property and location. Lots of activities in the area. Check in time should be around 2 PM and check out time 11 AM. Current deadlines wastes one day.

Family Getaway

We have a large family, so finding a place to accommodate all of us is TOUGH! This rental was absolutely lovely! The view is breathtaking, it’s close in location to Douglas, saugatuak and south haven! House was clean and rooms were spacious! We were disappointed when we got to the house to see there was no access to the beach from the stairs. They are completely blocked off with no direct access to the beach! Other than that, we loved it and had a great vacation! Thank you!!
