About this property

Lake Tahoe is one of the most majestic places in the world so enjoy your visit with all the amenities! We love our place in Lakeland Village for its tranquil setting and close proximity to the private resort beach only steps away. We are also located only a mile from Heavenly Ski Resort & the casinos in South Lake Tahoe. Play tennis, swim in one of the 2 pools (one open year round and other summer months only) or just go for a walk on the beach and enjoy the view. The amenities also include 2 outdoor hot tubs and a gorgeous private beach only steps away. Come for the beach in the summer, the colors & bears in the fall, the skiing in the winter & all of the above in the spring!

We sleep 8-10 comfortably - the first floor includes the primary bedroom with one king bed and the second bedroom with two queens. The primary includes an en suite bathroom and another full bath is right outside the second bedroom for easy convenience. The living room includes a pull out sofa bed. The loft includes two full beds - perfect for all the kids!

The 2nd level includes the living room, kitchen and dining room. The dining table seats 8-10 and there’s plenty of room at the bar for 3 more for easy mingling. Outside balcony is relaxing in the morning with coffee or enjoy in the evening with something a little stronger.

Two single kayaks & two inflatable stand up paddle boards are provided for your use at no charge! The most desirable aspect of Lakeland Village is its location - this tranquil lakefront setting is only a short walk to pubs and restaurants and it's less than a mile from some of the best skiing in the world!

Great location!

The location was so convenient for everything we wanted to do, snowbording Heavenly and exploring the lake! We dont have a complaint about the location. Would definitely stay here again in the near future. Thank you again!

Great family vacation

My family of 6 had an amazing time. The condo was wonderful and extremely accommodating. Everyone had a bed. Ideal location to Heavenly ski resort and centrally located for everything else. We will absolutely be back.

Perfect getaway

We loved the location and the house was perfect. Very comfortable with all amenities you’d need. Internet didn’t work due to location but that was no issue for us since we wanted to disconnect and relax! Just plan accordingly if you need access to that. Will definitely be back.

We love this property because of its proximity to the lake with our own private beach! Everything is within walking distance and we love the pools for swimming since our 11 year old is a little fish.
