About this property

At Raven's Bluff, you will enjoy most beautiful and unique views from the the cabin and deck featuring majestic old growth trees, mossy covered bluffs with some trails , ocean and mountain range views , spectacular sunsets and lots of amazing wildlife. , including the local resident ravens of course. The cabin is 550 square ft on main level which features large windows looking out high above the Whiskey Point "peninsula" . It has a very unique "treehouse" feel to it. The large separate bedroom features a queen size bed. There is a loft area above the kitchen/livingroom for lounging or as an alternative sleeping area for 2nd guest. The 3 piece bathroom does not have a tub, sorry! Theres a storage room below that has the cabin's own separate washer/dryer for guest use. The cabin is under 5 min to the Cove ferry, or the shops, market and restaurants.
Please note; At this time , (the beginning of April), the cabin is currently undergoing a few nice improvements , and it will be all ready for guests by April 25th. 2024. Updated photos soon to follow!

Lovely property, lovely host

This property was everything we hoped for. The only tricky part (for us) was the parking as we drive a rather large truck but this was easily remedied by parking at the top of the hill rather than directly in front of the cabin. The cabin was airy, clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful respite from the heat! Caroline was a lovely host and we enjoyed chatting with her. The fact that we could have our dog at property was wonderful. Very well appointed and the most comfortable bed! It was cozy and perfect and we look forward to staying there again soon!.

Tranquil serenity on an island of plenty

The cabin is beautiful, serene and the perfect space to get away. Our host, Carole was absolutely perfect, super helpful and friendly. I can't say enough great thinga about our stay!! Top notch!!!

Cozy space near Quathiaski Cove

My husband, our dog and I had a lovely stay at Carole’s little guest house. A great location for all our activities. Very clean and well appointed. The bedroom was super comfortable and spacious, the living room a little more snug. The kitchenette was more than adequate for making breakfasts and lunches. Carole was easy to connect with and very kind.

We loved the view!!

Our stay at Raven’s Bluff was nothing short but magical. The small house is so cozy and has the best views (even better than on the pictures!). The area has its own unique vibe, very mystical and so pretty with all the mossy rocks. Our communication with Carole was excellent and truly we could not have asked for a better time. We may be back in the summer time ;) thank you so much for a beautiful stay!

Hello, I bought this gorgeous bare land property in Feb 2017. I first built the guest house and lived there for two years while building the main house., and moved in in Aug 2020, and opened the guest house in the end of Sept. I have really enjoyed sharing the beautiful space with guests. I also work part time as a (longtime) pet groomer and enjoy spending my time with own cats/dogs/birds. My other hobbies include kayaking some of Quadra's most amazingly beautiful places to explore.

Why they chose this property

The guest house is very private, and has very beautiful and unique views from both inside, and the deck. The deck is gated, making it perfect for 4 legged guests. Enjoy a nice BBQ dinner while watching a gorgeous sunset. Located just a couple of min. from the Quathiaski Cove Ferry and town center.
