The Space:
Everything gives off the feeling of being at home. Art pieces are everywhere to radiate good energy.

Comfy couch and cable TV await you at the living room. You can eat your take-out meals or home-cooked ones by cooking in the fully equipped kitchen.

A queen-sized bed is right there in the bedroom with luxurious linens and comfortable mattress. The bathroom has fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion. There is also a welcome pack given to guests upon arrival.

Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the tranquil Marina views from the balcony.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.
The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.
With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent at this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
