"Tiny House" - Skiing, Golf, Fly Fishing, Biking and More!

We welcome you to our quiet neighborhood and "Tiny House" living. **Tiny House is a small, simple, clean space for 2 people. It is semi-attached to the back of the owner's house and is completely separate. It is nicely appointed with all the amenities you might need to make your stay enjoyable as well as relaxing. In the summer time, the patio is the perfect place to have a BBQ and enjoy a glass of wine. Across the street is access to the Crystal River from where many fishing guides depart. If you like to hike, Mushroom Rock is just minutes away. If golf is your game, in 3 minutes you're at beautiful River Valley Ranch Golf course where you can enjoy a round with incredible mountain views. Our apartment is also situated within walking distance to downtown Carbondale - about a 20 min. easy walk- where you can enjoy one of the many diverse restaurants and then catch a movie or a play.

** There are 2 private rentals on this property so please make sure to double check your listing to ensure you are at the right one.
** Please note that Tiny House is small so might not be suitable for individuals not used to small spaces.

Carbondale is a beautiful, quaint town with interesting shops and art galleries and fantastic restaurants. It is situated between Aspen (25 miles) with its world class skiing and Glenwood Springs (12 miles) with its world famous Hot Springs Pool.

My husband, Bill, and I are just a phone call away if you have questions or just need to be pointed in the right direction so you can explore the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley.

Great Tiny house

Location is close to shops and grocery store. Neighborhood was very quiet. You could not ask for better property owners they were the best. This is definitely a hidden gem.

Awesome place

I couldn’t be happier with the accommodations and my overall stay at the Tiny House. Super clean, all the amenities I could have asked for and a super comfortable bed. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m traveling through Carbondale. Oh, and I did not think the Tiny House was really that tiny at all:)

Perfect cozy stay

My friend and I were very comfortable for two nights here. Great location, thoughtful layout of a small space, very comfortable bed, and stocked with everything we needed for a short stay. Host was wonderful with recommendations. It was also very quiet, we didn't hear any noise at all from attached home. Would stay again.

It's the perfect Tiny Home!

I wish I could give 10 stars! Everything was perfect - from the location and ease of check-in to how adorable it was. The neighborhood was friendly and very quiet... an excellent place to relax at the end of a busy day seeing the sights. It was a nice touch to have bottled water in the fridge waiting for us when we got there. Even nicer to have coffee pods in the morning! I would definitely recommend the property...in fact, next time we're in the area, we'll stay here!
