Perfect for couples looking to be close (1 mile) to the Old Naples, Downtown, boutique shops, restaurants, galleries and shops of 5th Ave South, entertainment on 3rd Street South, Naples Beaches, Tin City, Naples Zoo, Gordons Pass River, and the Gulf of New Mexico. The Mercado district is just a short drive away. Cottage is on a cul de sac and very quiet street. Bike ride only 2 miles to Naples Beach and Naples Pier. Great location!! Plenty of parking. A great private yard for pets.

It was absolutely great. Unit was clean, area very safe and quiet. Looking forward to staying there again. Gail was a great host.and easy to communicate with.

This is a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Just perfect for two people. Everything you need. The owner is very responsive to any requests or issues that may arise. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

This cottage is perfect for two! It's an easy walk to shops and the beach, and it has everything you need plus more. The hostess communicates quickly and answered all our questions. We'll definitely go back!

Perfect rental

This is a very comfortable place to stay. At this price point I consider it an excellent rental and I have rented all over the world. The screened in porch with TV was great!!. The location and neighborhood is very nice, particularly for walking your dog. Fenced in backyard was really nice to have with my labrador. Many conviences nearby. Walkable to downtown Naples. I would not hesitate to return to this very nice rental.
