This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps six. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. Two bedrooms & two full baths with a Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Queen beds in both bedrooms. Three TVs, one in living room and one in each bedroom. Blu-ray DVD player in living room and DVD players in each bedroom. Keurig coffee maker, coffee/tea and toaster is provided to get your morning started.

Comfortable clean condo

The setup was great for us, location good, but so much construction in the area and Nashville in general that there were some inconveniences. The owner was very responsive and provided some great suggestions on activities before we arrived.

We love the condo home feeling. Pool was good. Neighbors above us was loud Thursday night. But overall i would rent again. Thanks

Great location. A nice walk to Broadway or a short Uber ride. Quiet. Perfect for 2 couples. Will be back

Family visit

2 teens and 2 adults. The beds were comfortable as were towels. Location is good for easy Uber to town. It will be more walkable when the construction is complete. I wouldn’t be comfortable walking to town with a girls group or kids. I would love to see more hooks to hang towels and adequate kitchen utensils for breakfast but we made do. The location is popular for tourists.

Downtown Nashville is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. With the famous “honky tonks” on Broadway and 2nd Avenue, which feature live music every day of the week, and the constant events going on at Bridgestone, LP Field, the Ryman, and Riverfront, Nashville has earned the nickname “Nashvegas”. If you are in Downtown Nashville, you can definitely walk everywhere in the vicinity of “downtown” and to a few of other areas.

One great thing is that you can jump in a taxi or Lyft/Uber for a cheap fare and get to any areas or attraction that you are interested in

Downtown Nashville has well over sixty bars and restaurants varying from local hotspots to national chains. Downtown Nashville has an Art District on Fifth Avenue, which expands annually.

Extra plus? Our neighborhood is next to the River, and between .5 to 4 miles from any other place of attraction.
