The structure was built following the ancient technique of the houses of Salento, totally finished in Lecce stone.
Located on about 7000 meters of olive trees, it consists of: entrance hall, kitchen, three bedrooms with air conditioning each with its bathroom and private entrance. Laundry corner.

Das Objekt hatte wunderbare Außenanlagen, Pool usw., die Inneneinrichtung war eher unterer Durchschnitt, die Küche war sehr mangelhaft eingerichtet, das Haus hat kein Wohnzimmer.

Wundervolles Haus an einem wunderschönen Ort

Haus: Das Haus entspricht den Bildern, die man auf der Seite sehen kann. Es ist alles sehr gut gepflegt, sauber und im Top zustand. Die Gegenstände im Haus und draußen sind hochwertig und in einem guten Zustand. Es ist alles vorhanden außer Kaffeemaschine falls es für einen wichtig ist sollte man eigene mitbringen. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute akustische Isolation (wenn man draußen feiert hört man innen nichts). Jede Tür hat noch eine zusätzliche Insektenschutztür, die auch Hochwertig sind. Jedes Zimmer hat eigen Klimaanlage und Badezimmer. Außenanlage: Die Außenanlage ist gut gepflegt. Der Pool ist in eine Top Zustand und wird vom Besitzer alle 2-3 Tage gereinigt. Es gibt einen Grill und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen und am Pool. Die Außenanlage wird nachts beleuchtet, sieht sehr schön aus. Besitzer: Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und freundlich und gaben uns viele Informationen über die Gegend. Haben sogar uns Wein und Olivenöl aus der Gegend besorgt. Die Töchter vom Besitzer sprechen ein sehr gutes Englisch und haben uns bei Fragen immer geholfen. Draußen: Vom Haus bis zum Strand sind es ca. 1 km. Der Weg bis zum Strand ist einfach. Es ist ein Sandstrand mit einem kostenlosen Bereich und einem Strandteil wo man Liegen mieten kann. In der Nähe gibt es eine Anlage für Kinder mit Attraktionen, Spielplatz, Bar und Restaurant. Die Kinderanlage befindet sich auf dem halben Weg zum Strand. Es gibt viel gute Restaurants und Bars, diese wurden uns bei der Anreise von den Eigentümern empfohlen.

Bellissima struttura circondata da un giardino di ulivi limoni e mandarini

Abbiamo trascorso gli ultimi giorni dell' anno insieme ad un gruppo di amici in questa struttura ospiti di Veronica e Apollonio che si sono prodigati affinché il soggiorno fosse il più gradevole possibile.
