Stunning Penthouse Apartment - Off Street Parking - Great Sea Views

A three level apartment located on the top floor of this spectacular Victorian ex hotel building.
Sun terrace and all amenities 5 minutes to Boscombe pier and beach.
Very well equipped with all kitchen appliances, Fibre Broadband, Wi-Fi, Sky TV , all sports Channels and entertainment. Sonos music system in principle rooms.

Close to shopping and central Bournemouth is 1 mile along the seafront.
We welcome families with children, but not toddlers due to stairs.

A beautiful and spacious apartment - lovely stay!

We had a wonderful time in this flat in Boscombe - it's a fabulous location, and the flat itself has been really beautifully laid out. You can see the care and thought that Will and Christien have put into the arrangements and furnishings. We were four adults and a baby, and the way the rooms were spread over three floors, with a central open kitchen/living/balcony area gave us both space and intimacy. All the fixtures were clean and well-cared for, and we enjoyed figuring out how to work the Nespresso machine! The owners were considerate and helpful in communications both before and during the stay. The location is great - sea views from the balcony, and a five-minute walk to the beach or the shops.

The apartment has fabulous views. Help is always available from Jo next door who is efficient and friendly. Our second visit and very enjoyable.

Burlington Mansions

We had a great ten days in Bournemouth, made all the more enjoyable by our accommodations. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. We felt comfortable and at home right away. The spectacular sea view was an added bonus. It was a good nighbourhood for walking and restaurants.

We are all active people who love our apartment and Bournemouth

Why they chose this property

We have had this apartment as our family escape for years. It has of late been underused, so we are offering it for your break. Completely refurbished in 2016, and continuously maintained it has all you could want for a comfortable stay

What makes this property unique

The views from the balcony and lounge are fantastic. The building is Victorian and oozes grandeur and history as its past incarnation as a hotel. The flat is secure and well looked after by a housekeeper who lives in the block. There is a concierge on site .
