About this property

The property has been completely modernised to provide a spacious comfortable living space.
Walk out of the patio or back door and a few steps will take you on to the safe sandy beaches of the Nature Reserve.
There is a large west facing private roof terrace with far reaching views over the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve.
Olhao,Faro, Cultura island and San Miguel can all be seen in the distance.
The large private roof terrace is perfect for sunbathing, dining out and watching the wonderful Algarve sunset, also fantastic for star gazing.
There is a further south facing patio area outside the back door with a chimney style bbq, dining table with seating and a gate to the beach.
There are two large outdoor sofas under the front terrace in the shade to keep cool .
All of the outside area's have lighting for sitting out in the lovely warm evenings.
There are 3 bedrooms and a wc located of off the main hallway.
A connecting privacy door takes you in to the large main living area.
Comfortable seating in the lounge has views through the triple opening patio doors over the beach and Ria Formosa.
A large modern bathroom with wc,bidet and walk in shower is accessed from this room.
There is a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area with a door out to the side patio and bbq area.
The property has free wifi and multi channel tv .
We are 5 minutes from the ferry, shops and restaurants.

When you rent our property you agree to the following terms and conditions.

The house is for a maximum of 6 persons including children. We can supply a travel cot for babies. We cannot allow extra persons to stay and they will be asked to leave or we reserve the right to terminate your holiday without refund.

The property is self catering, we supply fresh bed linen and towels but not beach towels.

We have a very strict no smoking policy in the property. Please respect this as we do not want to have to charge you for a deep clean to remove the odour.

The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to your arrival, we do expect you to leave it clean to avoid any extra cleaning charges.

Beach house

Fab location , very clean , good communication with the owner via email Easy , laid back and definitely want to revisit this island ! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay -so close to the beach ; the on shore breeze right through the patio doors was a godsend !

PERFECT location of this well equipped house - wonderful vacation

Booking went great, good communication with the nice owners Trisha and Mike. The island is just wonderful for a laid back vacation. Delicious food (fish & seafood) everywhere, convenient and friendly day to day shopping on the island itself. Fantastic beaches, awesome swimming and running along the deserted beach. Thanks for hiring out this great house!

Fabulous way to experience Armona

Armona really is a magical place and this beach house is the perfect way to experience it.The location is fantastic as you are close enough to everything but far enough away for peace and quiet. The house was very clean and well looked after with lots of nice touches - the owners clearly care for the place. The outdoor shower was very useful (especially for our 2 kids) and the spacious indoor shower area was great. The bedroom with the double bed was quite small but the other 2 bedrooms were fine. We ate pretty much all our meals outside and the the BBQ was perfect for cooking the fresh fish you can buy just down the path every day. The rooftop terrace was wonderful especially in the evenings.The WiFi worked well (fast enough for streaming Netflix cartoons) but you really wont want to be spending much time online. Local support from Romina was also excellent. We had a fabulous time and cant wait to go back.

Tolle Lage

Hat alles (Buchung, check in, usw) super geklappt. Die Lage ist top und das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse, was eher selten ist. Die Inneneinrichtung ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten sind etwas klein. Alle Geräte die man braucht sind vorhanden. Allerdings haben wir keine TV-Sender gefunden, lediglich Youtube. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

We live on the Isle of Wight and like to spend as much time as possible on Armona.

Why they chose this property

We found the Island in 2003 and fell under the Armona spell. we were lucky to find a property for sale and in the perfect location on the Island. not to far from the ferry and on the best beach on Armona.

What makes this property unique

Armona is such an amazing place. We have travelled to many other places and we have never found anywhere that is so unique. Many of our guest's come back year after year with some of them now purchasing there own properties.
Words really don't do the island justice and we are sure that you will have a fantastic holiday.
