This Island Beach Condo is a Five Star, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, beach condo across the street from Indian Rocks Beach (IRB). A 2 1/2 minute walk from either the front or back door to gorgeous white powdery sand and the blue waters of the Gulf. IRB is a 3 mile stretch of beach which is located just a few miles south of Clearwater Beach (which is rated the #1 beach in the US for 2018 & 2019), but IRB does not have any of the crazy touristy-ness of Clearwater Beach. Unlike Clearwater beach, which is a tourist destination, IRB is a residential community. There are no hotels located on the beach; it's a quiet island beach community, away from all of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to Clearwater if you want to hang out with the crowds. Wake up in this beautifully decorated beach condo and walk across the street to the beach and press your restart button, sit on the beach, take a dip in the ocean, collect shells, watch the birds and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets.

This updated beach condo has a new updated kitchen with quartz counter top and stainless appliances, new bathroom, new furniture, new mattresses, new window treatments, fresh linens & towels and professionally decorated and brand new LG Washer/Dryer Tower for your convenience. This is a ground floor (single level) corner unit, with a front and back door. The back door has an area to hang beach towels and leave beach equipment. There is also a small deck with 2 chairs and a table for having your morning coffee or afternoon drink. This single level beach condo in a quiet area, 5 blocks from the heart of downtown IRB. You can walk to good restaurants in all price ranges, no chain or franchise restaurants only local eateries, many family owned for 25+ years like: Crabby Bills, Keegan's Seafood Grill, PJ’s Oyster Bar, Guppy's, Kooky Coconut, Pajano's Pizza & Famous Subs, Salt Public House, Pinky's Ice Cream & Candy Shop, TJ's Italian Cafe, Casa Italia Restaurant, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Jake's Coastal Cantina, Tropical Ice Cream, Slyce (Pizza) and more. Great Place with Grear Location

First, communication was top notch. Cheryl proactively texted us in advance with everything we needed to access the unit. We had a late arrival and we got in smoothly. This 2BR unit is in excellent shape and it appears the entire unit was remodeled recently. High quality materials throughout. We liked the little touches, like the wagon with beach chairs and towels. Place also was very clean. We literally had to just cross Gulf Boulevard to get to the beach in 2-3 minutes, which was fantastic. It was a great stay for us, and we were happy to be in a nice place with such a great location.

Great little condo near the beach

Being able to get to the beach in a hop, skip, and a jump was awesome! The condo was nicely equipped and had everything we needed. Cheryl was a superb host!

Why they chose this property

After many trips to this area, looking at many condos, most in high rise buildings, we fell in love with this condo the minute we set our eyes on it. The property is laid back and relaxing which makes it very desirable. This Beach Condo is only 1 of 12 ground level units (and only 1 of 3, 2 bedroom units) at the Spanish II Villas, a quiet, small development. Spanish II Villas is located on the corner of 10th Avenue & Gulf Blvd. Your parking space is right in front of the condo. Once you leave the unit you will step only a few hundred feet to cross Gulf Blvd and the 10th Ave Beach access is right there. Even the beach access is amazing where you will walk through a maze of tropical palm trees; you'll be on the beach in less than 2 1/2 minutes, from walking out the back door of this beach condo to stepping foot in white powdery sand and gazing at the Gulf of Mexico!

What makes this property unique

THE BEST PART ABOUT OUR BEACH CONDO IS THE BEACH!!! Our condo is a 2 1/2 minute walk to the beach. You literally walk out the door, go to the corner, cross Gulf Blvd., and the 10th Avenue beach walking path is right there. Roll out of bed, grab a cup of coffee and walk on the beach!. Then during the day, we walk home for lunch or little breaks and leave our chairs and towels on the beach... it's that close. Our beach condo is also newly renovated, beautifully decorated, comfortable, with a brand new spa bathroom. The unit is very quiet. There has actually been a storm raging outside and I didn't hear it at all. The condo has new furnishings, new window treatments and new stainless steel Samsung kitchen appliances. New LG washer/dryer tower installed 9/2021 for your convenience. There are ceiling fans in every room. The unit has central air conditioning and heat. You have 1 parking space which is right in front of the condo. The condo is ground floor with direct access from the street and parking space. It is 5 blocks from the center of town, which on really busy days, during the season, is nice because you are close enough to walk and far enough away that you escape all the touristy noise! You will LOVE this condo!!!
