Step into an old Florida paradise in this quaint cottage just a few steps from the beach. San Wishes has recently been completely remodeled which includes brand new furnishings. The home is located on Tang O Mar road in Miramar Beach. This location gives you the feeling a quiet, relaxed neighborhood while still keeping close to all Miramar Beach has to offer. Silver Sands Outlets are just right down the road.

The home features wonderful sliding glass doors which lead out to a balcony off the living area and kitchen. Relax in your living room while enjoying the cozy new couch and flat screen TV. Both the master bedroom features a queen bed with another flat screen mounted on the wall for your night time viewing pleasure. A guest bedroom offers twin beds, and there is a queen bed in the bonus quarters with another mounted TV.

First Floor: Den with King Bed and Patio Access, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access and Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchen, Dining, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath Walk-In Shower, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds.

Lacking cleanliness

The location was perfect, just a few steps from the beach. However the cleanliness of the property was poor. Found hair from previous guests in the bed and bugs throughout the home. I attempted to contact the owner but no response. I do not recommend staying here.

Location was great! Short walk to the beach and wonderful neighborhood.

Great Location! House was small but did not need anything big. Beds were very uncomfortable and A/C did not cool the house.

Destin get-away

This property was not what we expected. It was not clean. There was dust on the ceilings and dirty dishes in the cabinet. I took a rag to the coffee table and it was black. The bathtub downstairs felt grimy and looked dirty. The glass doors looked like they had not been cleaned in awhile . Around all the garbage cans in this neighborhood was a lot of garbage. Was not kept up at all. On a positive note beach access was close by and neighborhood was quiet. I would not return or recommend this property . The initial description says newly renovated. This was not the case. There was a lot of rust in the cabinets and in the refrigerator. This property is in need of a major upgrade. I read the reviews before booking this trip and they appeared good . After I booked there was a bad review from someone who had just stayed there but it was too late to cancel.

Beautiful property!

Great location, beautiful property, very comfortable! Our plans fell through due to flights being cancelled TWICE! We decided last min to drive to Destin from Houston and we are glad we did. They were very accomodating for our last min plans.
