Best Vacation Ever

After surveying all 8 members of the family who went on vacation (3 separate family groupings), we all agreed that this was the best vacation we have been on and the main source was because of this house! Not only did it provide endless activity between the game room, movie theater and pool but it was also comfortable and relaxing! Our family consisted of two older adults, three adult children in their late thirties, a seven year old and a six year old. All members of the family had areas of the house that made their vacation complete! The separation of the rooms was PERFECT with plenty of spaces and privacy. The children were actually excited at the end of park days to go back to the house and enjoy it! We also had a great time at the resort pool in the community as it was active but not packed. I cannot say enough good things about this house and every single person has expressed their interest in staying here again in the future!

Great Get Away

Very nice place to stay. The house was clean, pool was nice and warm. The only thing I will say, and it’s not anything to do with the house. But be careful of the snakes. The Gators were there but they pretty much minded their own business. But if I ever come back to Orlando area. I would definitely stay here again!

My babies loved it

So I just wanted to thank the hosts for allowing me and my family to stay on their property for our trip we were just a family of 7 going to Seaworld parks. My children range in all age groups from my 14 year old to my just turning 3 year old and they all really liked the house they loved the pool the jacuzzi and the game room some things were wear and tear but nothing too noticeable to make our stay uncomfortable. When I had a slight issue with the thermostat it was addressed and I was assisted promptly! I am giving 4 stars because we did send a message about the pools gate and it wasn’t addressed but it wasn’t a really big issue I just was informing the property of a minor concern with it. All in all we had a beautiful vacation. The location was about 20 minutes from Seaworld so that was good to me as well.

Cool house

We stayed here for a family getaway and there was plenty to keep everyone occupied. The home is managed by a property management company so the initial forms and check-in process was different and a little cumbersome compared to staying in a privately owned home. Also, because they own many homes, the pictures of the home didn't match the interiors of the actual home. For example, in the pictures, the game room is sci fi themed and in the actual house it is Harry Potter themed. It wasn't an issue because it was well decorated but keep that in mind if you have specific needs. It is best to call the Diamond Vacation Homes company and let them know what you are looking for. They were very nice when we talked with them. The house was clean and the pool heat was nice and warm. The neighborhood pool has a great lazy river. The movie theater room was awesome.
