Consider this charming carriage house located just 2 blocks from the beautiful Coronado beach and a short walk to the village of Coronado's shopping and dining. This comfortable and private second floor carriage house is approximately 500 sq. ft. with an additional 300 sq. ft. of outdoor living area.
The carriage house enjoys it's own private access. Enjoy lounging on the private lower deck reading
or napping during the day and in the evening enjoy the sunset over Point Loma from the upper deck.
Complete kitchen with cook top and microwave/convection oven and granite countertops. Beautiful
hardwood floors and plenty of light through the two sets of french doors and numerous windows.
Tastefully decorated in a french country style. NON-SMOKING. NO PETS

Fantastic Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The carriage house was charming, well appointed, and private. The outdoor space was perfect to watch the sunset and relax. The location was great- a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!

Staycation

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Coronado. The cottage was the perfect size for my husband and I to enjoy our honeymoon in one of our favorite places! Parking was no problem at all, we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets from our porch. The cottage when we arrived was clean and David met us no problems and helped us settle in. We will definitely be looking to book again!

Happy times in Coronado

Although living above a garage sounds ominous (especially for Texans), this place is a gem! All you need in a small space that just feels perfect all around. I'm from Germany, so smaller is better, but even my Texas husband came to love it. The outside space and deck are amazing. Perfect location to watch my husband fly in every evening on the Navy base. And of course, the owners were wonderful...when we saw them, which wasn't very often! I can highly recommend this cottage and we look forward to staying here again!!

Perfect Coronado Stay

My husband and I spent 4 weeks at this beautiful property. The Carriage House was very nicely appointed and convenient to everything Coronado has to offer. Dave was in contact before our arrival and available for anything we needed. We highly recommend this property
