The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We had our check-in delayed due to the cleaners not being on schedule. When we arrived it was dark. We did our shopping for the week came back & went to bed. The next morning we realized the place was dirty (dry urine on the front of the toilet, food on dishes sticky floors), the gaming devise didn’t work, the pool fountain wasn’t working properly causing a slimy green material the maintenance team called copper patina from the cleansing system, but I called algae.; as patina doesn’t come off on your fingers as green slime. After being hung up on by cust svc and having an entire day of maintenance in & out of the cabin evaluating the pool, & many tears, they agreed to move us to a different cabin. It ended well, but a very difficult & combative missed day! The customer isn’t always right here.
