About this property

Atico13 is an unique apartment in the center of Sóller, just steps away from the main square. The spacious terrace offers stunning views over the mountains and the village. The compact apartment offers all the comfort for a perfect stay. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance and in front of the main door you will find the tram to Port de Sóller and train to Palma. The apartment is well suited for two people but can be rented for up to 3 people. Enjoy the plunge pool on the terrace!

The living and dining area has French doors to the large terrace (approx 90m2).

The master bedroom is next to the bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, the kitchen is equipped with various appliances (including oven, dishwasher and fridge). The 2nd bedroom is compact and equipped with a double bed of 160x200.

The fantastic sunny terrace with pergola has a large outdoor dining table with chairs and two sunbeds, a separate storage room on the terrace washer/dryer and second fridge, including freezer.

The side terrace has a plunge pool and an outdoor fireplace.

The apartment is on the 5th floor and is accessible via an elevator (up to the 4th floor) and stairs to the apartment.

For free parking we advise you to park on the main road from Sóller to Port Sóller (directly after the first roundabout), appr. 5 minutes walk to the apartment. Within the village there are paid parking spots (upon availability).

Perfect location, beautiful space

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights. Communication with Hans was good throughout and we had no issues finding the apartment or getting in. Upon arrival we were delighted to see it is exactly as advertised and nice and clean. We had plenty of room for the two of us but unless the third was a child, it might be a bit tight. The location is excellent. We took the trolley to the port and the train into Palma. We really enjoyed all of the nearby hiking trails. We didn’t need a car at all but we did charter a boat with a skipper one day to see the coast. That was my favorite day. It was a great stay! We highly recommend.

Beautiful central apartment with amazing balcony.

We were a family of 4 and loved this apartment. Fantastic location. The apartment is small, but perfectly formed for our needs and probably has the best roof top terrace in Soller with almost 360 degree views. The interior is lovely with gorgeous decor. Would highly recommend and would definitely return!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Soller

My husband and I loved our stay at Hans’ apartment. Located right next to the church, the views from the huge terrace are spectacular. The apartment is very stylish, super clean, well appointed and very comfortable.

Wonderful week at Atico 13 Soller

Had a wonderful week in the beautiful town of Soller and the apartment was everything we needed it to be. Great position in Soller on the doorstep of the great shops, restaurants, tram and Palma train. Check in process was super easy and great communication with Hans the owner. The apt is spotlessly clean with a lovely wrap around terrace which gets the sun all day and a plunge pool, which was very welcome on those hot days. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Soller we would definately recommend Atico 13 and Hans who is a wonderful host. Maxine & Stuart (Scottish Borders)

Superb base for exploring northern Mallorca

This property is a haven from the bustle of Sóller, but is only a short lift ride away from being around the corner from the town square. It's compact but laid out in a manner that doesn't become claustrophobic, and the views of Sant Bartomeu Church and the Tramuntana Mountains are superb. If you're weighing up being based in Sóller versus the port we'd highly recommend choosing the former; the town gives a much more varied holiday experience with the tourist opportunities of the port being only a short bus ride away.
