A beautiful 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms apartment situated right in the heart of the famous Marina of Puerto Portals. Newly reformed and refurnished(2019), with stunning sea views overlooking the yachts and the entire port.The apartment has a fully equipped new kitchen with everything you might need, fiber optic internet and tv with over 300 chanels, It is a home, away from home. Situated in a secure gated community with beautiful gardens and a huge community swimming pool. You have direct access to the port and are 5 minutes walking distance from the famous Portals beach . Puerto Portals offers a rich variety of restaurants, bars and chic boutiques and not to forget a supermarket. Walking distance from the Portals village, where are even more restaurants, caffees and shops. 10 min. drive from Palma city itself.20 minutes drive from Palma airport.The apartment has aircondithion and sealing fans in each room. There are beds and pool towels provided for the pool.In case, if needed, there are all the facilities for a little baby such as a baby cot , baby chair and even sand kids toys. For the golf lovers, The Bendinat Golf course is only 5 min. drive away. For the tennis players, there is a huge tennis court , about 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Right next to the tennis court is Marina Land, a loved destination for all the families,a beautiful water zoo park( must do).
The apartment has a a master bedroom with a big King bed and built in closets. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the option to put a third single bed if required. There are 2 bathrooms , both with shower.
The best part of the apartment is probably the balcony. It is the size of a regular room and could be called a second living room. The view is amasing. Having all the Puerto Portals in front of you, looking at all the yachts coming in or going out and yet siting on your sofa , listening to a quiet music, having a glass of wine.
There is a 4 people dining table on the balcony as well, so you can enjoy your dinner in one of the best spots in Portals.
If you want to explore the island and need a car, there is a Rent a car across the street. There is a huge free parking on the side of the building. The apartment does not have a private parking space.

Good view and close to downtown

Great view of the Mediterranean Sea and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach, yet quiet at night for sleeping!! Marie was accommodating, and brought some of her own ice for us and gave recommendations. The outdoor space was great!! Would stay or recommend to others.

Good experience

Property was nicer than expected. Great location for a great price. Owner was nice when we met and said she would book us a taxi for our flight home, but then we never heard from her again. No phone calls or texts would go through to her number. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would recommend it.

Wonderful apartment with ocean view

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend while studying abroad in Sevilla and we absolutely loved our stay! Maria was super helpful with checking us in, giving us recommendations, and even called cabs for us to get to the airport. The property was wonderful and was close to many beaches, which we loved!

Comfy sea view , nice terrace

Condo was very comfortable, hostess very accomodating. View from balcony of ocean very nice. Nearby beaches were relatively small. Some nice restaurants nearby. Was a little construction going on in adjaccent condos, for one or two days. Good access to tour the island or visit Palma. Parking worked well on streets nearby, except for two days during an event at marina.

I love living in The Port. You are in the middle of everything you want to do on your vacation. Walk to the beach during the day, or to one of the many restaurants or bars at night time. There is a supermarket, hair dresser, beauty saloons, spa, coffee shops and plenty of boutiques. All of this in front of your door steps.It is simply great.You are minutes away from everything you could possibly need. . Renting a car is optional. Depends if you want to explore the island or you just want to relax and stay local.

The apartment is done similar to the standards of a 4**** + hotel. Everything is brand new and done with lots of love to create a perfect environment for your holiday. The location is perfect and gives you the opportunity to let go from the stress of planning and organizing your day.
