About this property

Open Floor Plan with Breakfast Bar and full kitchen. 2 Queen Bed plus a fold out sofa bed. The home can sleep up to 6 total. Sunny Deck and BBQ grill makes this Downtown Golden home a perfect base for all activities or just hanging out at home. Location and layout- Close to Downtown Golden. Easy access to the mountains and Denver Metro area.
Small garden level unit in the basement with a separate entrance through a separate door in the back. Please keep noise down between 10PM and 7AM. Thanks!

2 bedrooms with 2 queen sized beds. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the family room. Location and layout- Close to Downtown Golden with plenty of outdoor activities. Easy access to all areas of the mountains and Denver Metro area. Sleeps 6.
Includes everything you need except food and personal items. Great base station for FUN!

We generally leave the key in a lockbox but we do live a few miles away and can come over in case of any problems or special needs. We really enjoy meeting new people and getting to know them over a beer or glass of wine at a local microbrewery or Wine Bar. We respect your privacy and that’s totally OK too. Just let us know if you need or want anything. Thanks!

It's a neighborhood with mostly older single family homes but close to downtown. Very Convenient for all the activities in Golden and Boulder. We have para-sailing, kayaking, hiking, biking, climbing, and even a beach at the Clear Creek Kayak park. Concerts and events all summer long, museums both indoor and out, Mountaineering Center, Miners Alley Playhouse, movies, shopping, bars and restaurants, it's very easy to get to the mountains on I-70 and all areas of the Denver Metro Area. It's really just a cool town to be in and the people are super nice.

We do have bus service down the block. That connects to light rail station on the W line at the Jefferson County Courthouse building. It is in the service area for "Call n Ride" (on demand) bus service.

The home does have an evaporative cooler which works well anytime the dewpoint is below 55degrees (During summer months only). There is a small garden level apartment in the basement with a separate entrance through a separate door in the back. The tenant is usually not even home but if they are please hold the noise down between 10PM and 7AM. Thanks!

Golden in Golden!

This lovely place is so well located in Golden. Just a few minutes from downtown, nearby to strip mall businesses, and quiet in a residential area. We really enjoyed our time here, it was a lovely place for our family while we were in the area. Great property management & communications. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We were all very comfortable. It is a small place, but laid out very well with all the comforts of home. Even an apple tree filled with ripe apples in the front yard! Yum!

Great Colorado Vacation

Location is great and it's a good value if you have 2-6 people in your party.

What is EXTRACLEAN+ Service? (furnished rentals)
-Upgraded disinfectant spray cleaners and wipes used before, during, and after normal cleaning.
-Disinfect lockboxes, doorknobs, remotes, appliances, counters, furniture, and floors.
-Clean and disinfect fabric surfaces.
-All Linens washed hot and with extra detergent and/or bleach.
-Minimum 1 night/2 day gap period to thoroughly EXTRACLEAN+ and dry.
-Provide extra antibacterial hand soap, disinfecting spray cleaner, and paper towels for guests to use during their stay.
-Video instructions for any amenities like trash, HVAC, Internet, parking, etc. (in Process… doing facetime walkthrough’s in the meantime)
Until further notice we are:
-Doing Check-ins and check outs via lockbox…and facetime, phone, or messages as needed.
-Optional greetings, walkthroughs, and welcome visits via facetime, skype, or phone call.
