New air condition, kitchen, flat TV, washing machine and washing dishes machine.The location is in a quite living area with magnificent sea view to Mirabello Bay. Food, drinks, facilities, night life and amusement, shopping, sightseeing, banks and beach at no less than 100 meters. You combine the beauty of the island with all possible facilities within reach. Parking space in the street if you rent a car for your excursions. If you want to have a beach holiday you do not even need a car on this location!

Lovely apartment with excellent location and sea view. Newly renovated with full equiped kitchen

We can recomend this apartment as a fantastic option for summer holiday close to beach and supermarkets close to city centar. Quite and pescfull area no loud music but close to city center. Lovely bAlkony with magnificent era view! Fully equiped kitchen, we made fantastic dinners enjoyibg beatiful view from balkony to Mirsbello bry!

Outstanding view. The perfect location in a great vacation town. Clean and well equipped & managed.

We had a great week in this fine apartment with its wonderful view. The building sits one street off the waterfront promenade, so access to the sea is easy -- there is a clean, sandy public beach about 200 metres from the door. The town centre is an easy 15 minute walk, where we found the mysterious fresh water lake that the place is famous for, surrounded by a good selection of tavernas, restaurants, and pubs. Shopping is two short blocks away from the unit -- we found two full service supermarkets within 500 metres. The apartment is one floor up from the entrance level and there is a working elevator which is helpful, although there are several stairs up to the level of the elevator, so those with serious mobility limitations may wish to confer with the owner before booking. Parking is on the street. We had no problem finding a spot when needed but it could perhaps be an issue during the high season. The apartment and its equipment were fully as advertised. The place was very clean and everything was well maintained and working as it should. We particularly enjoyed the Internet service which was fast and reliable, and the satellite TV service had a good selection of English language offerings including many premium channels that have not been available in the six other apartments that we have rented on this trip. The main bed was a European-sized King formed by two singles joined together, which we appreciated, being accustomed to the slightly larger North American king bed. Linens were clean and plentiful (including beach towels) and the mattresses were clean and comfortable. Both the owner, Boris, and the onsite manager, Sasa, were easily contacted and helpful. Sasa even took the trouble of escorting us to the nearest supermarket on the night of our arrival to avoid our being inconvenienced by shop closures the following day, which was a national holiday. In summary, we highly recommend a stay in this apartment, which you can be sure will not disappoint. And then just sit on the balcony and enjoy the view...

"Good walking proximity t...

"Good walking proximity to all things needed and most things desired in the area. A good set up for a small group/family, single, or couple with an AMAZING panoramic view of the sea and mountains. Things are new and clean in the place, and it has all the amenities, including a laundry machine to wash clothes. To keep this review objective, only 2 critiques about the place: internet was dependable and fast, but wifi is needed to make things more functional. Lastly, I won't say what I paid, although, I thought what I received was just about right for the price, but what is currently posted (300 euro) for the same week of my stay (last week of October) last year is too much in my opinion."

To date I have had good luck with on line booking. This was unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had in a suite. We arrived and the lobby, which looks like it had been abandoned from an old hotel was dark and uninviting. There appears to be 2 downstairs floor and two upstairs floor approximately 12 units in the building. The instructions were to look for a lockbox at the unit door. We were not given a unit number so didn’t know where to look. The owner said that in 30 years no one has ever had this issue – hard to believe. I tried to call, but couldn’t get through to the number that showed as Serbia on my phone. We had to check in to a hotel for the night. One we learned the unit number we were able to check in. The unit is adequate. We were to be there for 4 nights and there was one roll of toilet paper between 2 people. We searched the unit and couldn’t find more. The shower started to overflow in the morning, I had to remove a large clump of hair build up in the drain. I asked the owner to refund the first night we couldn’t check in and he refused saying the issue was mine. My worst experience ever with online booking. I would not go near this place

Schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Genossen haben wir den Ausblick vom Balkon, den fussläufig nahen Strand und den Wochenmarkt. Die Matratzen und Überdecken perfekt, die sonstige Ausstattung prima. Nur das Smart TV blieb ein Rätsel. Heizen funktionierte auch sehr gut. Einzig der Name „big blue luxury app.“ ist etwas irreführend, denn obwohl es sehr gut ist - luxuriös ist es nicht.
