About this property

Fisherman's cottage with direct sea access and marvellous views of the port of Cala Figuera. Cottage Cala Figuera is a traditional holiday home, sleeping 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It offers various terraces and an airy, sun flooded living dining room.

The house is located on the opposite side of Cala Figuera with views of the port and the seafront promenade. The views are exceptional. Cala Figuera is a charming holiday resort with shopping facilities and a popular seaside promenade with a fine selection of coffee shops and restaurants. The beaches of S'Amarador and Cala Santanyi are in approx. 3 to 5 kilometres distance and the small town of Santanyi is only a short ride away. This picturesque town is famous for its market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, attracting visitors from all over the island. Its town square is framed by beautifully restored houses and by excellent restaurants, boutiques and bars. Cala Santanyi offers water sports activities, a nice beach bar and some shops. S'Amarador is part of the Cala Mondragó nature reserve and has a fine sandy beach.

The living area of Chalet Cala Figuera spreads over different levels. The large living and dining area offers marvellous views of the sea and the port. The fully equipped kitchen is next to the open dining room. There are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other one with a full size bed and 2 bathrooms.

Chalet Cala Figuera offers a large terrace with views of the sea and the seafront promenade on the opposite side. The terrace is furnished with a dining table and portable BBQ. Next to the house is a small garden with lush vegetation, where you can relax in the shades of the trees and protected from views. Stairs are leading down to the waterside platform, from which you can swim in the sea (indicated as "pool" in the equipment table, an additional pool is NOT available). There are sun loungers available. Cala Figuera has two bays. The house is located on the less frequented one and not on the bay where the boats are landing.

Einzigartige Unterkunft in toller Lage

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und waren sofort verliebt in das gut ausgestattete Haus mit Blick auf den Fischerhafen. Die verschiedenen Terrassen sind ein Traum zum Verweilen und die Kinder waren täglich mit den Kajaks auf dem Wasser unterwegs. Vielen Dank Antonia für diesen tollen Urlaub

Außergewöhnliches Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus, die Lage und der direkte Meerzugang sind wirklich toll. Ideal für 2 Erwachsene, mit und ohne Kinder. Für 4 Erwachsene wird’s eng. Zulegen könnte das Angebot bei der Ausstattung (nur 2 Handtücher pro Gast, sehr wenig Kochbesteck, keine Musikanlage, kein Kartoffelschäler, etc.) in Qualität und Quantität. Auch der optische und technische Zustand würde sich zum Teil über eine Erneuerung freuen. Überputzleitungen, oder auch der Außenfassade täte eine Überarbeitung gut. Alles in allem aber trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten eine Top Location und absolut außergewöhnlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
