Unprofessional host
We didn’t have the best experience with this host Arnie, he never showed up always giving excuses for not coming by to review the paperwork for a guest refund, the outdoor benches are old and broken the grass at the front yard wasn’t mowed for I don’t know how long , there weren’t enough towels for all the guests, think about it before coming here, not worth the price , is way better to stay in a hotel room , way better, we made the mistake for all of you people please don’t overpay for something you won’t enjoy.

Nice place, inaccurate listing, non-compliant owner.
We stayed here for a work retreat and booked the place thinking it had 10 beds. When we got there it only had 8 beds. We contacted the manager who was able to bring us 1 other foldable twin bed. She was nice enough, but a bit slow in communication/action. She said she would bring us another bed the next day but didn’t as she was trying to get ahold of the owner who lives on mainland. We did finally get in contact with the owner who was very defensive and overall unhelpful. He spent 36 hours arguing his position instead of offering any solution or restitution. I would say, this place is otherwise nice. Maybe better for a smaller group or for families. You can not sleep 10 adults in separate beds as advertised. One of the rooms was listed as 4 beds - this room does not exist. Hopefully they change that at least. Honestly I’d still like a partial refund for 1/10 beds which was never provided, but VRBO says they can’t help with that either. A little disappointing.

My team and I really enjoyed this place. We’d gladly stay here again. The host were super sweet the entire time & readily available at all times when things got a bit confusing.

We would love to come back for the vacation trip back to Honolulu.
Great place to stay, perfect for our family of 12 peoples. Very close to the beach and shopping centers.

What an amazing home
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. The home was so clean and well stocked with towels, linens, pillows...ect. We truly enjoyed every moment.
