The Beach House is a self-contained exquisite retreat in a tranquil, peaceful setting. See panoramic views of morning sunrises and evening moons over the ocean from the comfort of your bed! Kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. In the living room, a wood burning stove. Comfortable queen size bed and 3/4 bathroom. Full size deck with barbecue and outdoor fire pit. Enjoy outdoor dining on the ocean's edge observing the eagles, whales, and other wildlife at your front door. Only five miles (3 kilometers) from our local shopping area at Quathiaski Cove.

HUMPBACK AND ORCA WHALES OUT THE WINDOW!

A beautiful little cottage on the ocean's edge. Eagles above, deer in the forest right out the door and whales, seals and otters swimming by. A wonderful immersion in nature. Sam was lovely and available to answer any questions. Guests should be aware that the beach is rocky and full of driftwood, so be sure to have water shoes.

Perfect in all weather

We had a mixed bag of weather (typical for the area) from wind and rain to bucolic sunshine, but in all situations this cabin was a quiet, beautifully situated escape. Sam is wonderful and will make sure you have everything you need.

The beach house was everything we had hoped for. Super clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I would highly recommend this very private beach front getaway. We saw dolphins and sea lions from the deck. Hope we can come back some day. Dig out your old CD collection to bring along and you will be set.

The cabin of my dreams

This cabin is better than the pics can show. The view is breathtaking. The bed is super comfy with a light and puffy comforter. Kitchen is very clean, large new fridge, good cooking pots, pans, cutlery.... The host lives nearby and is super nice and very attentive to whatever the needs may be, without being intrusive. We saw whales, dolphins, the resident eagles, purple starfish, and the beautiful anemones at April point. Enjoyed it so much that we already booked for next year. Wonderful Beach House

A perfect spot for peace and quiet with a view to die for. The house is beautiful, very well equipped and in a great location.

Hosted by Sam Fell

Resident for 40+ years. Came to Quadra from Vancouver to enjoy the rural life. Property is 1 1/2 acres with main house on bluff with Beach House accessible by private road.

Why they chose this property

This Beach House was built in the 80's as a Vacation Rental. Went to long term rental with two tenants residing for eight years each. Renovated in 2008 with Vacation Rentals starting in 2010.
