Our villa is cared for by a local family who has been preparing homes for visitors of Hilton Head Island for generations. They are very very particular; from the smallest of things like bedding & the keurig coffee maker, to larger things like the comfy sofa and our 55" 4k smart TV. Not one thing has gone unnoticed.

There is plenty to do within walking, biking or trolley distance of our villa. Bicycle rental stores are plentiful and deliver bikes to your front door. The trolley is also easily accessible.

The Lowcountry Celebration Park, opened in December 2020, is Hilton Head Island's newest park. Situated on a 10-acre site off Pope Avenue near the Coligny Beach parking lot, the Park provides several recreational activities, amenities, and scenic views for families and individuals, organizations and community groups. The park is minutes away from Coligny Beach Park. While Coligny provides direct access to the beach, the new Lowcountry Celebration features attractions designed to help park visitors engage in play, discover the Island's environment and be part of cultural festivities.

Notes: 1) The sliding doors have been repaired and are now gliding with ease. 2) Although we clean the patios after/before each guest, due to weather, winds, trees and rain that occur on a sub-tropical island, there may be leaves or other natural scatterings on the patios. 3) The construction on our property grounds has ended. 4) The upstairs temperature is slightly warmer than downstairs, yet comfortable. Some guests may choose to use fans.
