Apartment located in a quiet area of Cala Blanca, very close to Ciutadella.

Ground floor apartment, located in front of a green area and very close to the beach. Very quiet area in the same urbanization of Cala Blanca. The area has all kinds of services:
- At 10 meters from the apartment there is a bus stop that connects with Ciutadella and different beaches.
- The pharmacy is 30 meters away. The supermarket and shopping center 50 meters away.
- Access to the surrounding beaches is easy; Walking takes 5 minutes.

Although the car is not essential, it is recommended to rent one to get to know the island thoroughly.

The beach of Cala Bla is 45 meters long and 140 meters wide. Semi-urban beach whose composition is sandy. Very touristy cove that has good equipment and that takes its name from the nearby urbanization, as well as the white color of its excellent sand.

Perfect for a week

Amable y atento, nos recomendó calas a las que ir,sitios que visitar y restaurantes.

La casa está ubicada a dos minutos andando de Cala Blanca, la cual es muy bonita. Dispone de supermercados y cafeterías cerca, y una piscina en la que con una consumición puedes acceder. La casa está muy completa y cuidada.La ducha y la manguera de fuera son muy útiles. Al igual que la barbacoa que hay en la casa.Lo único es que hacía calor en las habitaciones, pero con los ventiladores que habían en la casa se dormía bien.Sin duda alguna recomiendo el apartamento para pasar unos días en la preciosa isla de Menorca.

Estancia perfecta, en la mejor isla.

Hemos venido varias veces a la isla, y nunca hemos repetido alojamiento. Después de esta semana alojados, tenemos claro es que la próxima visita a Menorca, será aquí. La casa muy limpia y acogedora. El trato con los propietarios, excelente! Muy amables, y se acomodaron a nuestros horarios de entrada y salida. Cuando llegamos (a las 23h), en la cocina había (a parte de los ollas, sartenes, platos, cubiertos..) aceite, sal, azúcar, tuppers, papel de aluminio, film, rollo de cocina... Nos evitó tener que ir a comprarlo. Dejaron un juego de toallas para cada huesped (en nuestro caso, 4), sombrilla, gafas de buceo, colchoneta... Y con la lavadora+tendedero, la próxima vez traeremos la maleta más vacía :) Casita muy cuidada tanto interna como externamente. Da la sensación que vives en menorca, con tu chalet y tu coche aparcado dentro ;) Gracias por todo! Repetiremos!

Famiglie con bambini

Siamo stati davvero bene, la casa è molto bella, vicissima al mare e ai servizi(negozi, parco giochi e fermata dell'autobus), con tutto ciò che serve. Eravamo 7 persone(compresi 3 bambini) e siamo stati comodissimi.Unica pecca della casa sono le formiche che però credo siano una peculiarità dell'isola. Gli autobus sono molto comodi passano ad orari precisi e ti portano al centro di ciutadella. Cala blanca è un luogo tranquillo e con poco divertimento ma perfetto per famiglie con bambini o persone che cercano tranquillità e relax. Minorca è davvero un'isola favolosa. Grazie ad Ivan e suo padre Miguel per la speldida ospitalità!!!!
