PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BELOW BEFORE ASKING:

Summer cover has everything we like, nice place to stay with friends, barbecue and next to the one deck with pool and wide view of the mountains green to the blue of the sea.

It has 3 bedrooms and two suites, all with ceiling fans and air conditioning for the best comfort, as well as excellent mattresses for great nights sleep.

It also has a garage for 2 cars and easy access to the beach, supermarket and restaurants.

We are on the top floor in the building which is on the third floor and the building does not offer an elevator, but they are short and easy to climb.

The apartment has a TV room reserved to watch your favorite movies and shows.

Accommodates 6 guests in bed, but can accommodate 5 more, 1 in a bunk bed in the single room, 2 in the sofa bed in the tv room and 2 in the mattresses available.

All rooms are air-conditioned with air conditioning and ceiling fans.

In the external area of the building we have the garages and the showers to remove the sand from the beach.

Depending on the week of lodging we usually receive the guests with scheduled time. As we have another property nearby, we can meet any need you may need and are within reach.

No smoking, partying and taking people outside while they are staying.

Condo rules are basic as to the time of silence and common sense.

Excelente, tal cual las fotos

Muy agradecida a Patrick por su atención y disponibilidad, la casa es maravillosa y cuenta con todo lo necesario y mas para tener una estancia placentera. Mis hijos adoraron la piscina y es una buena ayuda para descansar un rato en la tarde. A pocas cuadras del centro y al lado de la playa, lo único que hay que llevar son las ganas de disfrutar despues en la casa hay TODO. Muchas gracias Patrick, cuando volvamos te llamaremos para coordinar nuestra estadia.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, o apartamento é simplesmente fantástico, a cozinha é super equipada, com todos os eletrodomésticos, a apartamento é muito confortável e arejado. As roupas de cama e toalhas estavam impecáveis, cheirando a amaciante. Quanto a limpeza: Nota mil... tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. Amamos tudo., o Patrick e a Marilene foram excelentes. Voltaremos em breve Recomendo de olhos fechados.
