Great Time

We all had a great time. Check-in was a bit cumbersome. Have to go to unit which is near top floor to get garage opener. Would be nice if the fob also opened the garage door, and getting in and out of parking was tight and steep. Was close to Union Station and City Museum. Place was as advertised inside the unit. Quiet at night and in the building while we were there.

Perfect location

A taste of loft living in St Louis. This is a wonderful property with all the urban warehouse touches that make a city like St Louis a living and breathing reminder of the past. This apartment was clean and modern with great windows and a view of the city. Kitchen was well kitted but the location right on Washington means most people won’t use the kitchen as restaurants and bars are steps away. We went for the hockey game- and asked to the stadium it was excellent!! Ate a Roosters right down the road- highly recommend it. Best part was the City Museum is the backyard of this apartment. If you have not been to the city museum it is a MUST if you have kids and can still crawl on your knees. What a fabulous adventure. I don’t want to spoil the surprise but it’s a spelunking, tree house climbing, slide riding Ferris wheel funhouse. The apartment is walkable to the arch and the money museum right on the river although it is a longer walk- about 20 minutes it’s and easy walk and the space is so great that it’s well worth the walk. I live the ability to wind down at the end of the day together on the couch with some Netflix! The owner was super communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed and check in and check out was a BREEZE. Wonderful stay. Economical clean comfortable and right next to everything. Couldn’t ask for more. One of the best.

Downtown condo

We had a great stay over President’s Weekend with our family. Great location for us as we wanted to visit city museum and had a tournament at the convention center. Check in was harder for us bc it had snowed several inches, but nothing to do with the owner or the process. Snow covered the lock box and ice on the parking garage ramp made it difficult, but the property manager salted the ramp on day 2 exhibits helped a lot! Kimberly is great to work with and responded very quickly when I asked questions. She even extended our check out time til 12:30 due to a change in our plans. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if our plans bring us to downtown St Louis again.

Why they chose this property

The Washington Avenue Loft District is always alive and you will never run out of things to do. There are many great restaurants within walking distance or just a short 5-10 minute drive away. There are many different sporting events, concerts, art shows, and museums close by. It's a perfect place to stay while visiting St. Louis.

What makes this property unique

The rooftop pool is very unique and a great way to spend an afternoon or evening as it has amazing views of the city. Our kitchen is fully equipped with anything our guests might need to prepare meals for family or to entertain friends. The huge, oversized windows provide for great views of Washington Avenue. Parking is the best you'll find downtown. The garage is for residents and our guests only and is only accessible with controlled access entry.
