Our home is centrally located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Anaheim, this custom built home has been remodeled and redesigned with vacation travelers in mind. We are licensed with the City of Anaheim permit# REG2015-00131. "3 Consecutive Night Minimum", contact me with any questions. Maximum occupancy 10 per city guidelines.

This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with all new furniture, decor, and furnishings. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with new appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils for your own use, along with a beautiful large family table. The backyard offers a remodeled pool with kid safe gate (heater available for fee) , BBQ, and patio furniture.

We are conveniently located about 2 miles from the Disneyland Resort (less than a 5 min drive), California Beaches less than 20 min away, and Downtown LA 45 min away. This home allows you and your family to enjoy the exciting adventures during the day and escape to a comfortable home at night.

Anaheim Plaza, which features shopping and dining is within walking distance (2 blocks), making it very convenient for you to pick up anything you need during your vacation.

The Anaheim Packing House, a unique, and first of it's kind. It's an OC community gathering location featuring more than 20 small restaurants, with a focus on local, sustainable, and organic ingredients. The locations features a Crepe Shop, fish grill, grilled cheese bar, full cocktail bar, Indian Food, Pizzeria, Comfort Food, Juice Bar, Baker, Chocolatier, Sandwich Shop, Coffee Shop, Mexican Food, Ice Cream, and much more. All of which serve in a communal dining hall that spills to outside covered porches on rail cars located less than 5 min away from our home.

Other amenities include but are not limited to: 3 flat screens with Direct TV, Free WiFi, board games, fooseball.

Awesome House

The house was huge with lots of games and activities for the kids to do (pool). Love the BBQ island in the backyard! Has an awesome jacuzzi hot tub in the master bedroom. Loved it! Very comfortable will definitely be back. Thank-you so much for a great vacation stay home!!!!

Family FUN and Friendly home away from home.

Property manager was very helpful, Home was very accommodating for family fun and games. A couple things you may coincided adding would be a small tool bag. Disney toys in boxes require screw drivers to release objects. Newer towels would be nice but really everything was so convenient. We would book again.

Great house with room to move!

this house was the perfect fit for our family with a great game room and kitchen area. Fit our family's needs! The place was a 8-10 min. drive to Disneyland but worked good with the parking and shuttle bus.

Perfect Location

This home was perfect for our trip to CA. There were 3 adults and 4 kids in our group. Plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved the game room. The home was in the perfect location. Super close to Walmart to get any last minute needs and really close to Disneyland. Miguel was very quick to respond to any of our questions. Check-in and out was easy. *Due to the heavy rain, I would suggest an indoor mat by the entry doors to help dry off shoes and to leave by the doors.

Why they chose this property

This home is in the same neighborhood in which my family and I live. It is very peaceful and very centrally located to many Southern California attractions: Beach (20 min), Knotts Berry Farm (10 min) Hollywood (30 min) Los Angeles (30min). The closest attraction is Disneyland, which is 2 miles away from our location. A quick 3-5 min drive will get you there. This property is great for vacationers as it has an open floor plan and perfect for entertainment. During this down time during COVID-19, we took advantage and upgraded many features and addressed concerns guests had in the past.

What makes this property unique

We put in our life savings to purchase this house. All appliances, furniture, TV's, silverware, plates, pans, towels, are in great condition.

Maid services available upon request for an additional fee.

The home is so close to Disneyland, you can even take a break mid-day to enjoy a swim in the pool, and return to the theme park to enjoy the evening festivities.
