This light and airy 1000 sq ft condo is an excellent home base for enjoying Moab's many activities with a wonderfully secluded back yard garden and off street parking. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance that offer indoor and outdoor seating as well as take out to eat at home in the garden. The large and well stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home also. Check current Arches National Park entrance requirements before visiting on discovermoab.com

The Center Street Condo is the perfect place to spend your vacation. It features a gourmet kitchen, a beautiful travertine bath with a huge shower and two sinks, and a king sized bed in the roomy master bedroom (Three closets!). There's plenty of room to spread out with WIFI for your convenience. The large living room features a 42' flat screen SmartTV with HDMI cable attached to plug into your personal devices for streaming. We do not offer regular TV in any of our units. There are 2 super comfy queen-sized pull-out sofas for extra sleeping space. The kitchen will be a dream come true for any cook, with two ovens, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and lots of space to prepare your favorite meals. The delightfully landscaped private backyard and patio area are wonderful for lounging any time of day. A large BBQ grill is available just steps from the back door. Off street parking and a secure bike storage area are available. We do not allow bikes inside the condo. Whether you want to visit the parks, participate in action sports, relax, or get some work done in a wonderful environment, this is a one-of-a kind property that’s perfect for your Moab vacation.

Take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy Moab to its fullest. Spend your day in the parks and when you're done leave your car in the back yard and bike or walk to shopping, dining, historic Star Hall, basketball courts, Moab's great library (voted best small town library in America), Dan O'Laurie Museum of Moab, art galleries, Municipal and County offices, Moab Swim Center, and Mill Creek bike path.

The Center Street Condo is the perfect base camp for exploring Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Dead Horse Point State Park, Monument Valley, Mesa Verde, Natural Bridges National Monument and many other beautiful attractions of southeastern Utah. Winter is great time to visit these national treasures, red rocks are spectacular with a dusting of snow! The nearby Manti-LaSal Mountains offer summertime mountain biking and hiking as well as cross country skiing on set tracks and backcountry powder runs in the winter. Check out Moab's spectacular 18 hole golf course or the 18 hole Frisbee golf course! Little kids can learn to pedal on the paved Mill Creek Parkway and bigger folks can head up the nearby Sand Flats Road to the world famous Slickrock Bike Trail. Of course, the over 150 miles of mountain bike specific single track trails are not to be missed either. Visit any bike shop in town to purchase the $3 map for each of the 11 areas included in our mountain bike focus areas. Everything is close at hand from this location one block from Center and Main Street downtown. Kid Friendly: Safe and secure gated yard/garden area right out the back door for play.

Great location
Great home base for exploring the area. Went to arches. Islands in the sky. Needles. Castle valley. Close to everything. Walking distance to coffee and restaurants. Place was clean. Exactly as described. Couldn’t be happier. Never needed to contact the owner as everything was perfect.

Very comfortable stay
This is a really cute property, great location, short stroll to Moab shops and restaurants. The place was very clean, and very functional: labels on the light switches, good window coverings, nice kitchen, laundry, nice towels and soaps, etc. The bed is king size and very comfortable--the best one we slept on in ten days vacation in Utah. Communication with the host was very good.

Best Condo in Moab
We stayed here 4 years ago also. Right in middle of town with offstreet parking, quiet, separate bike shed, nice patio area in back, can close parking area gate at night. If you're looking for a one bedroom place with full kitchen and all the amenities, this is it.

Kim is the Executive Director of the Moab Trails Alliance and in that capacity planned and helped build many of the non-motorized trails in the Moab area. Check out the bike/pedestrian bridge across the Colorado River and the paved path system that links downtown Moab to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks as well as many popular BLM sites.

Why they chose this property

While living in Moab from 1987 to 2018 I watched and helped this community change immensely. Besides Moab Trails Alliance, my other business was the walk-in camppark for tents only, Up the Creek Campground. There is no other campground like it in town. 132 E Center, AKA the Center Street Condos, is a unique property that was remodeled from a derelict building two blocks from Main Street. It houses 2 hotel style suites with outdoor patio seating on the the front side of the building and two well appointed and distinctly different condo properties in the back with their private oasis garden.

What makes this property unique

Everything in town is within walking or biking distance. The bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is wonderful! When you're ready, walk downtown and find your favorite restaurant. There are plenty to choose from, anything from sushi at Sabaku (Yes it is good!) to other fine dining including the new LaSal House. The galleries are loaded with wonderful local artist's work, some of them internationally known, like Tom Till's photography or Serena Supplee's canyon scenes. The music festivals, classical or folk, are first class as well as any theater put on by the very talented local pool of actors. These events take place in historic Star Hall, right across the street from the Center Street Suites. Be sure to read the Moab Happenings for the month you will be visiting to not miss out!
