An original 1833 home in the heart of Hudson Historic District. Recent award-winning restoration preserving original features and character, while adding updated amenities. Stroll down to nearby shops and a selection of great independent restaurants, or enjoy cooking in the farmhouse-style dine-in kitchen. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is close by with 100+ miles of trails for hiking, biking and trail running. Kayak the beautiful Cuyahoga River. Short drive to enjoy the world renowned Cleveland Orchestra at their summer home at Blossom Music Center. Easy access to all the sporting events and rich culture of North East Ohio.
Our Greek Revival home is spacious and full of natural light. A ton of character from the exposed post and beam structure and original woodwork dating back to the early New England settlers. At night it's very cozy with comfy leather furniture in front of a blazing log fire. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare gourmet meals from local farm produce and the Heinens grocery store in walking distance.
We're an English couple fully immersed in the cultural, culinary and outdoor delights of our region. We're totally ready to provide you all the help you need in planning a spectacular stay at our home.

Adorable Historic Home

We randomly decided to stay in Hudson because of the April 8th solar eclipse, but were surprised to find a charming little town. This house is adorable and a quick walk to coffee and shops.

New Year in Hudson

The location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to and explored all the local shops and restaurants. The grocery store is a 4 minute walk from the home and everything was very convenient. The home is lovingly restored and very comfortable. What a great way to bring in the new year!

Lovely historic Hudson Home

We highly recommend this VRBO property! As an extended family group of five adults, we found the 3-bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the the common areas roomy yet cozy, with a working fireplace, well-appointed kitchen, and two dining areas. This historic home has been lovingly renovated in a way that respects its many unique antique details while proving important modern comforts. All appliances were high-quality, as were kitchen and bathroom sinks and showers, beds and bedding, towels, pots, pans, and dishes. We were mere steps from the part of N Main St., Hudson, with charming shops and plenty of excellent restaurants. Our hosts were easy to reach and provided plenty of useful tips. We'll definitely return, the next time we need full-house accommodations in this lovely town.

Family time for the holidays!

We enjoyed our stay in the historic home with all the modern features desired. It was great to walk to town, shop and dine in Hudson. The location is perfect! The fireplace at night provided a wonderful environment for relaxing with family. Thanks for a great stay!

Great kitchen

We were visiting our son for Thanksgiving. They just had a new baby so we needed a place where we could help prepare the Thanksgiving meal. Your house was perfect. The kitchen was excellent and we were only 10 minutes from our son’s home in Twinsburg.
