In a quiet residential area, not far from the sea, the charming little guest house Pool House is located in a little suburb of Palma de Mallorca. With a living room with panoramic views of the sea, a kitchenette equipped with everything you need, a bedroom and a bathroom, the light-flooded vacation flat is the perfect hideaway for a couple to enjoy a romantic get-away.

Facilities also include Wi-Fi, heating (additional fee per day), fans (additional fee per day) and an extra bed (additional fee per day). A washing machine and a dryer are also at your disposal (both for an additional fee per usage). Parking is available on the street.

The Mediterranean garden shaded by palm trees has a 32-m² pool and covered terrace with seating area and a stunning sea view and provides for relaxing holidays. The holiday home has a private entrance and is located next to the summer house of the landlords who are happy to answer all your questions and to give you tips for excursions.

Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés as well as the bay Cala Major can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by car. The nearest bus stop (bus 46) from where you can go to Palma and the beach is directly on your doorstep.

The pool is shared with a maximum of 3 other people.

Perfect Honeymoon Spot

My wife and I stayed here for a week for our Honeymoon in Mallorca. WE LOVED IT. The house was just great. Couches to lounge in and see the outdoors. Plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Great bathroom. Host was fantastic. Just a text away and helped out if we ever needed anything. Lots of great food spots within a 15 minute walk. Beach just a 15 minute walk. Bus stops are literally outside the door. Quick and easy bus into Downtown Palma. We loved everything and will definitely be back!!!!

Perfect Place for a Mallorca Adventure

The entire stay was fantastic. The location leaves you perfectly poised to launch all over the island, get to the city of Palma, or just walk down to town for fantastic food. The host provides fantastic advice for making your vacation even better and communicates diligently. We are definitely planning on staying here again and can’t wait to do so.

Pros: Le calme, les prestations, un cadre parfait pour la détente. Une proximité de la ville permettant une mobilité aisé grave au transport en commun et l'accès aux voies rapides pour se balader sur l'île.

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Michaela is a wonderful host! This is a great location! Nice walk down to the beach and local restaurants. Easy bus ride (you pick it up just across the street from the villa) to Palma. Michaela recommended that we rent a car, and we are grateful for the recommendation. The villa is a great size and quite comfortable.

Funky property

The good and bad of what that means. Michaela was wonderful and the property is magical with fig, lemon trees, etc. However unable to take a bath because of not enough hot water and the mosquitoes were annoying. Bedding not optimal .
