Decorated in traditional Hawaiian style, our ground floor condominium provides the comforts of a home away from home for any couple or family interested in a Ka'anapali Beach vacation. At our condo you are close to all the fun and shopping of the mega-resorts at Ka'anapali Beach without having to deal with the crowds and noise. Your vacation sleep will never be disturbed by late night party types or unsupervised teenagers. You will have easy access to what many people agree is a truly serene section of Ka'anapali Beach with the only full-service beach-side Cabana in the area - and that includes the Westin, the Marriott, and the Sheraton. There is a complimentary six-passenger electric shuttle service to the Cabana from your room, or you can make the five-minute walk to the beach through the beautiful garden and pool areas of the resort and golf course.

Our ground floor condominium is 50 feet from a lovely mosaic tile Green Sea Turtle pool that is a perfect, semi-private place for kids and families to cool off at the end of a day of sightseeing or island activities. Our lanai has comfortable chaise lounge seating and an outdoor dining set. It also has its own state-of-the art electric grill so that you never have to leave the unit to barbecue. The unit is a spacious 918 square foot, ground floor 1 bedroom, two full bath unit. It has two queen beds in the master bedroom and one high quality double bed sofa sleeper in the living room.

Please note that there is an $20/day parking/resort fee that is charged by the resort, not by the owners. The resort fee covers parking and various amenities offered by the resort. It is comparable to resort fees charged by all the other resorts and hotels in the Kaanapali area.

Excellent quality for the cost

Bill’s place is at one of the best resorts we have found. It is quite spacious for the cost and can easily fit a family of four. Bill was super responsive.

Another wonderful stay

We were supposed to stay here last year, but a positive COVID test changed that. Throughout that experience, the owners were very understanding and gave us a full refund even though we were outside of our cancellation period. This year was our second time here, nothing much has changed with the place. There is no better value on the island. You get to stay in a spacious one bedroom condo on one of the most famous beaches on Maui. The resort has 3 warm pools and a cabana to enjoy on the beach. The walk down to the north side of Black Rock takes about 10 minutes, but that side is much more quiet. If you want to go to the main Ka'anapali beach, cut through the Sheraton and you are there. There is also a Ka'anapali Trolley stop by the front desk that can take you to anywhere in the Ka'anapali resort area. You are also across the street from the Fairway Shops where you can go souvenir shopping, eat or rent snorkel equipment. You are also relatively close to Lahaina Town or go up north a little to visit Napili, Kapalua or Honolua. Everything on the west side is very close to this place. This place is a tremendous value and we would look to book again, but it's already sold out for next summer.

This condo is well maintained and close to two amazing pools. The walk to a virtually empty beach is short - or you can take the complementary cart ride from the office. We loved the cabana and the stores directly behind the condo. We also recommend the musubi from the condos cafe - so yummy!

Bill and Linda Deeb fell in love with West Maui when they first visited with their young sons in the early 90's. They have returned to vacation there many times. As you can see from the photo, your hosts have even been known to make their own flower leis from orchids and fragrant plumeria blossoms, just like those found on the plumeria trees that are planted all around the Maui Eldorado.

Why they chose this property

Our good friends, Kua'ana and Bobbie recommended the Maui Eldorado to us after they had looked all over the Hawaiian Islands for the best vacation location, beach, views, serenity, quality construction, and customer service. They found all of this at the Maui Eldorado and bought a unit there. Kua'ana, who was Hawaiian, had a deep knowledge of the islands' history; and he pointed out to us that it was at Ka'anapali Beach on West Maui where the Alii Nui, Hawaii's ancient royalty, had chosen to vacation year after year. The Alii Nui could have vacationed on any beach in Hawaii. They chose Ka'anapali Beach.

What makes this property unique

Because your hosts pay for the check-in fee, our guests have complimentary access to a wide array of guest services. Not every rental owner offers such a service. Your hosts also pay the rental unit cleaning fee. Many other rental owners charge a cleaning fee which is usually from $100 to $175. Besides our great rates, this what we mean when we say that we have unmatched pricing for a quality 1 bedroom, 2 full bathroom unit. Please note that the resort charges a separate $20/day resort parking fee. We don't charge it; they do.
