This beautiful one bedroom apartment is spread over 60 sqm and has capacity for 4.
The living room at the unit is light-colored and fresh, featuring a large L-shaped grey double sofa bed for your extra guests, a coffee table, TV unit topped with a flat screen TV, and modern decorations all over the space. The living room also features a wall-to-wall window glass overlooking the canal.
Next to the living area is an open space kitchen, with a large counter with 4 high chairs. The kitchen is all inclusive, as it has all equipment you might need during your stay, such as a freezer and refrigerator, cooking basics, dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, stove, dishes and silverware, and a coffee machine.
Going inside, you will find the master bedroom. It comes with a comfortable king-size bed dressed with fresh linens, night tables, a wardrobe, with an access to a balcony. The glass is covered by light curtains, as well as room-darkening shades - in case you enjoy a gloomy morning. The room has a full private bathroom that includes a bathtub with curtain glass, a toilet, a wash basin, and all the amenities you might need during your stay such as cleaning products, shampoo, hot water, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more.
There is also a second bathroom for guests at the apartment, including a toilet and a washbasin.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Major landmarks include Roxy Cinema, Splash Pad, and Dubai Marina Mall.

Marsa Dubai, Jumeirah Beach Residence Station 1, Bus stop is a short walk from the building.
- METRO STATIONS NEAR BAY CENTRAL TOWER:
Sobha Realty Metro Station is a 9-minute drive away from Bay Central (Central Tower), Dubai Marina. The station lies on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro.
- TRAM STATIONS NEAR BAY CENTRAL TOWER:
Dubai Tram stations is within a walking distance of the building. Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 Tram Station is the nearest.
Discover the neighborhood
Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.Main attractions in Dubai Marina include: Lotus Mega Yacht, Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7, JBR Beach, The Yellow Boats, Dubai Marina Walk, Getting around the neighborhood is a lot easier with the Dubai Tram, with its 11 tram stations, stretching from JBR to Al Sufouh. There are a few tram stations in the community as well, such as the Marina Towers Tram Station near Marina Pinnacle and MAG 218 Tower. Also, there are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road), 6-min drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive. Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away.
