Welcome to our 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse in prime Santa Monica, complete with a private entrance and located just moments from the beach. We kindly remind you that our property is not suitable for parties.

This tranquil two-story unit is tastefully furnished and thoughtfully designed for comfort. On the second floor, you'll find both bedrooms, with a cal-king size bed in the master and a queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom, and two bathrooms. The first floor houses the living room, equipped with two full-size convertible sofa beds and a convenient powder room. A fully stocked kitchen, double-pane windows, and AC/Heat in every room all contribute to ensuring a cozy stay.

Situated in a safe and upscale residential area, you'll find convenience in being within walking distance of supermarkets such as Whole Foods, a brand new Trader Joe's, Erewhon, and a selection of restaurants and cafes that cater to various cuisines. Nice family stay
This was our first VRBO rental. We enjoyed being able to cook together at this property. The kitchen has almost everything needed. A few suggestions for the kitchen: a knife sharpener, blender and mixer. The check-out time of 10 am was earlier than I’ve experienced anywhere else.

2 adults and 2 teenagers stayed here for 4 nights as we came to town to visit our daughter who lived about 10 mins away in Sawtelle. The townhome was conveniently located to the pier/beach and nearby restaurants. We also visited Hollywood, Beverly Hills, The Griffith Observatory at sunset, played pickleball, and walked 2 beaches. The location was perfect and communication with the host was timely. We would recommend staying here!

Stayed here almost a month, the owners were very kind and accommodating. Property is spacious and quiet. Excellent location, blocks to Erewhon, Teafer Joe’s, Whole Foods, walk to Montana Ave with the cute shops. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.
