Outstanding bungalow feet from Main Street

Historic property, well-equipped with everything you need. Easy walk to and from the Town Lift. Thoughtful and responsive property manager. Tall claw-foot tub is lovely, but requires some care entering as do many modern soaking tubs. Feet from Main Street. Home is quiet despite proximity to Main. Very functional kitchen, and great washer and dryer. Would absolutely stay here again.

short walk to everything! Perfect Location....Ski rental shop right before the town lift, and restaurants all within a couple blocks....old house charm with everything you need, and a nice hot tub!

Great location but…

The house was at a great location. That was the plus. We booked this house because it was one of the few that has a private hot tub, which was awesome. However, because it is considered a historical landmark, the house is showing its age. The foundation was off and you can feel it as you walked around in the house. It made us feel a bit uneasy about the stability of the house. The hot water ran out so quick. Each day only one of us could take a 5min warm shower. The other 3 of us were left to take a cold shower. The bathtub was raised on these blocks. It made it quite hard to step out of the shower. The faucet in the main bathroom was really high. That if you bent down you’d hit your head on it. It seems to be a kitchen faucet and not a bathroom faucet. The only reason I booked this place was the private hot tub and the location to the main village. I felt the price we paid doesn’t reflect the quality we got.
